I brought 11 adults and 2 teens for 2 nights. All agreed we could not stay warm all weekend. Told host. She tried, but 2nd day downstairs main floor was cold! Top floor 2nd night too hot! Lower levels still 2 cold. Coffee maker filled 3 cups at a time. K cup maker had only sweet cappuccino cups. Not enough towels if you have 16 and no place to hang wet ones. (We used bedroom closet.) The downstairs bedroom with trundle was advertised as twin but you could only pull it out half way before it hit queen bed. Other bed, person could not get out without stepping on sleeping person on trundle. 1 tiny bathroom with 1 tiny shower and 1 tiny sink and toilet. 1 rod for 1 handtowel. No place to put a thing except on floor (lower level) which slept 6 people! Next showers were on 3rd level inside queen room and bunk room! No shower on main floor. Pull out queen in living room was uncomfortable. Host told me to use oven to heat rooms on main level because when we first came it was 52! We went out next day till 11 pm and it only got to 60! Some wore coats or blankets first night while in living room next to fake “fire” (that put out some heat). We saw 3 rats outside! The white comforter had a nasty large stain. Washer and dryer but we had no time to wash and dry towels nor should we. I owe it to future guests to tell the truth. We will book hotel next year.
