「We stayed on Koh Phangan for 11 days, from 2-13 August 2023. The resort is located directly on the beach, offers close shopping facilities and is well maintained. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. The absolute highlight is the family that manages the hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Everyone is very helpful. After a few days you almost feel like part of the family. We can definitely recommend a stay and will definitely come back as soon as possible…」

The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier.」

「Les hôtesses d'accueil étaient vraiment adorables, la chambre très propre et située juste devant la piscine et à quelques pas de la plage. Beaucoup d'enfants dans l'hôtel, prévoir des boules quies et tout se passe bien. Etendoire sur la terrasse avec petite table et banc, parfait pour la lecture! Service de pressing et de taxi sur simple demande par WhatsApp. Très bon petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel. La plage est magnifique et cernée par la végétation, d'autres restaurants disponibles...

「Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too. 」

「I had a very pleasant stay at Baan Kiao Resort. The highlight of the resort is definitely the staff, very warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The beach is beautiful and only a one-minute walk from the resort, and the pool was great for relaxing. Although the resort mainly caters to families, I still enjoyed it as a solo traveller. There are also restaurants, cafés, a 7-Eleven, and an exchange booth within walking distance, so the area feels convenient without being overly...

Aamiainen tilattiin listalta. Uima-allas pieni, muttei ruuhkaa. Ravintolan pöytiä lötyi sisältä ja altaan reunalta. Portaita pitkin pääsi rannalle. Portaita tieltä ravintolaan oli PALJON. Hiki tulee jos isoja matkalaukkuja. Palvelu loistavaa.」
