"The room was not properly cleaned (the beddings were clearly used before with stains and dirt), the blanked didn't have a cover, the floor wasn't dusted. The bathroom had a mud wasp nest, toilet was dirty and generally the bathroom was dirty with the toilet brush dirty on the floor (not in a stand). "No shopping nearby for walkers, however, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful with garden areas and a small zoo with caged birds, including a number of peacocks. Coffee, tea, and small individually-wrapped cakes were available for breakfast time. One drawback was the hard-as-rock beds in all 3 of our rooms. "
