“My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. “Property is very clean, staff helpful and friendly ”

“The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me. First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.”

“ホテルは古いですが、綺麗にしており雰囲気はレジャーらしくて良いですね。ストリートビューで見るとエントランスはショボいですが、山の斜面にバンガローのように部屋が点在していて意外と広いです。その中でも予約した部屋は最高のビューでした。上下2部屋と屋上テラスのセットの建物が入り組んで建っているので場合によっては部屋のビューはありません。ただし、どの部屋も屋上に上がれば素敵なビューを、楽しめます。今回はフィリピンの有名観光地の上に休暇週間ということでなかなか希望通りのホテルと部屋が見つからせんでした。せっかくの絶景ポイントなので景色を優先的に考えていたので、尚難しかったたのですが、訪問の数日前に見つけました。カップル利用のつもりがシングルベッドのツインというのが気になりましたが景色優先で予約しました。”

“The hotel was excellent and provided a nice, quiet, relaxing experience. Also, the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were good and it was conveniently located near other available restaurants. A great experience overall and will book again in the future.”

“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

“Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück……
