"It was a great place to stay in Tagaytay. The staff is so accomodating and their deck is a great place to unwind in the cool nights. I suggest that you get the rooms that has Taal View if you are easily bothered by car souns, coz my room is by road side. Overall, its a great place."

"Was here for a wedding, the hotel placed me and my partner in a totally different building. Which was very dirty and the washroom smells terribly. When we asked the reception they said they are not allowed to checked us in into the building that we reserved because it was booked exclusively for someone’s 82nd birthday. Keep in mind we did not book this hotel last minute, we booked this almost a year ago for the wedding. "

"NOT a “bed and breakfast”: no breakfast was served. No toilet paper (luckily I always bring my own). Stayed at similarly priced HOTELS in Philippines with full buffet breakfast and full hotel service. Staff did their best. This was my safety net stay: I was not sure if I could make the trip.     i assume or imagine this will be the "garden" within the courtyard... i took the photo from building, which i supposed to be the palace. if my imagination right, that "round ground" should be a pond where fish, koi and turtle will be placed, then suit that bridge across "pond" pathetic they not try to refurbish or reconstruct it, i am sure it will more attractive
