We were very happy with this place. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. For summer recommend bringing an extra blanket (or request a couple) as quite cool as this rental in the basement but you on a bank so it does not feel like basement. Thermostat in upper rental not lower one

Perfect stay

We were taking a break from our rv travels and this worked out perfectly. Very comfortable and clean! Close to the downtown area and a beautiful park at bottom of property. We were very happy customers

We stay this place just for one night. it's brand new I guess. Room is vey clean, quiet and super privacy. Bed is very comfortable, AC is cold. Full kitchen, nice décor. Furnitures looks much better than IKEA stuff. In-suit W&D machines are plus. Lot of parking, we actually park at the back of house, right in front of our door. about 100m away has a community park, kids can play there and swim in the river. Downtown Bancroft is just cross the river, and restaurants and grocery stores are really close as well. Had great night stay there, definitely will go back if stay in Bancroft.
