Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in SIX FOURS LES PLAGES, 2 km. The ground floor is occupied by the owner (independent entrance).
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Beautiful furnishings: lounge with TV and fan. Dining room. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), fan. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower and fan. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Large terrace 25 m2 partly roofed, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. The living room opens on to the dining room.

Rustic stay in a great location
The property is on the 1st floor and has a lovely big terrace with a nice view. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family of 4. It is very basic furnished and lacks that homely feel. + side: very good location nice terrace and in a quite street just a minute from the beach, restaurants and walking distance to the Islands. - very basic furnished, no mats in the bathroom, no tea towels to dry dishes, and only single beds in the bedrooms and no toilet paper when we arrived late in the evening.

Très gentils propriétaires qui habitent au rdc. Appartement spacieux et terrasse très appréciable. Cuisine pratique; coin repas lumineux. Très bonne literie bien que lits simples. A l'écart du bruit et proche de la mer.

Très bon logement
Le logement est très agréable : grand, très bien équipé, propre, rien n'a redire. Il est situé à 2 minutes de la plage et à 10 minutes du port du Brusc à pied. L'inconvénient est de dépendre de l'agence. Pour récupérer et rendre les clefs, il faut aller à l'agence immobilière, située à 30 minutes en voiture ! De plus, on est resté 3 nuits à 4 et on nous a facturé 120 euros de ménage !
