## Logement
Warm and well-equipped accommodation of 31 square metres. It will be perfect for a holiday near the sea, with family or friends.

It is composed of :

- a fully equipped and functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed, a television, a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: washing machine, coffee machine, fan, microwave.

For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour Express" at 12 minutes walk and the "Bandol market" at 13 minutes walk.
You will also find various bars, restaurants, basic shops at 5 min (food, bakery, pharmacy), beach, city centre and port at 700 m; everything is accessible on foot.

## Emplacement
Bandol is a small Provencal town, located in the department of Var, 45 kilometers east of Marseille and 15 kilometers west of Toulon. This small seaside resort is an address not to be missed to spend vacations or a peaceful weekend in the sun. With its advantageous geographical location, it benefits from a Mediterranean climate where temperatures are mild in summer and winter and rainfall is rare. This city, which once had Marcel Pagnol and Thomas Mann passing through its streets, has since become a popular tourist destination. In addition to offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, this city is full of activities of all kinds, for young and old alike. This charming Côte d'Azur town has the second-largest marina in Provence, after Marseille. For wine lovers, Bandol is also famous for its vineyards and the quality of its wines.
