Very pleasant facing south west, quiet and surrounded by the essential villages of Castellet, Cadière and the seaside resorts of Bandol, Sanary and Les Lecques (St Cyr sur Mer)
On a plot of 2000 m2, beautiful villa (country house style) of 185 m2 of area with 1 ground floor 70 m2, American kitchen, 1 parents area 28 m2 with walk-in shower and 1 WC.
On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 beds and 1 with 2 single 90 beds) 1 bathroom and WC.
1 landscaped garden
