Amazing Holiday Weekend

The house was beautiful, the family enjoyed the close access to the beach, and the amazing views. The rooms were all very comfortable, and the grandkids loved the game room.

Fantastic spot

Went there for a family vacation. Wonderful gathering areas, modern kitchen with all of the amenities you could want. Short walk to the beach with great surf perch fishing. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

Wonderful location with amazing views. We enjoyed watching the harbor seals playing in the jetty. Quick easy walk to the beach. The home is very spacious and comfortable.

Stunning views of the Coquille River during the morning, just steps away from a beautiful beach s...

The house is huge, thankful the house is also dog friendly. My doggo and family had the BEST time!!! Old town is a short walk away, access to the beach is just out the front door a short distance, and the sunrise is spectacular from the back deck. The beds are more than comfortable! Was a little surprised by the Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms but that too was helped with a separate third toilet/half bath in the hallway. Overall an amazing stay and will probably look to rent this home in future getaways to Bandon. Thank you again for letting my family use your beautiful home for a small family vacation.

Great location with AMAZING views

We were 2 couples that stayed here, and overall we had a great stay. We used the kitchen and outside BBQ, and it felt very comfortable just hanging out and enjoying the views. The master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and steam shower were fantastic. We didn’t use the bunk bedroom, and the 3rd bedroom, as others have commented, is a bit odd — as you can hear everything going on in the main living areas given that platform bed area is completely open to the foyer. We would absolutely stay here again given how livable it is, how convenient its location is (right across from the beach and less than a walkable mile into town), and the views towards the water.

Annual crabbing trip

My friends and I take an annual crabbing trip each year. We used to stay in a new place each year, but we discovered this home last year. We enjoyed it so much we booked again this year. It’s accommodating for 5 adults, clean, warm, and spacious. The steam shower is a huge bonus. The game room has suffered the effects of the salt air, and the shuffle board table is no longer usable, but everything else is in perfect working order. We’ll definitely come back again next year, as we found our “place.”

Great view but.....

This property was in a great location and the living and kitchen area were great. The arrangement of the beds was odd with a be set up by the living area with an open space. The two disappointing things were the fireplace being out of order and the game room was very unkept. Area was dirty and the Ping-Pong table was old with only one good ball. And that ball we found on the ground in the corner of the room. They were disappointing because that was what was the draw in the photos when we rented the house.

Great water view of birds and wildlife

This house was in a great location with a small beach. We saw seals, pelicans, and other birds in the calm waters. It was only my adult son and I as our friend had to cancel ahead of time. The house was huge for two people but would be a wonderful space for a family. We couldn't find a switch for the fireplace so we do not know if it works. It was plenty warm in the house even with the large uncovered windows. The shared bathroom shower enclosure was about the size of a telephone booth so would be tight for an above average size person. It also needs a heavier curtain or blinds as it faces windows on the house to the west and I felt a little exposed taking a shower at night. The towel bars are not sturdy enough as one end falls out when you remove your towel. I left a note that the front bedroom door scrapes the floor and needs to be shaved off or rehung. Also that the towel ring in the hall bath fell out of the wall the day we left. It was a fun trip and we enjoyed the house very much.

Great location but disappointing

I loved the kitchen. It was very well stocked, large, beautiful, and had wonderful views. The dining table fit our whole group and was very nice for meals. The TV area was cozy and had a mini bar area. The master bedroom had an amazing soaking tub with jets that actually helped a sore muscle. The master shower had a sauna feature! The beds were super comfy. The location is perfect for exploring the best of Bandon. Now for the other stuff. The TV room only seats 4-5 people but thats fine as maybe TV shouldnt be a thing on vacation! The game room was not functional but a huge highlight in the posting and somwthing the kids were looking forward too. The shuffle board was warped, wet and rusted, you could not play the game at all. The fooseball table was rusted to the point that you could not play that either. The air hockey table was not working. Ping pong table looked fine but the game room is the garage and the garage was not welcoming. It was full of spiders. Like enough spiders that you can guess that the garage had not been cleaned in years. The master bathroom has no door from the room to the toilet/tub/shower. The shower door didnt shut all the way. The The second bedroom was open to thw living, you could see into room but hear everything so difficult if you wanted to go to bed but others were up watching TV. The dishwasher was not great, we handwashed every thing. The BBQ didnt work the yard had sticker bushes that was rough on the furbaby paws.

Perfect long weekend!

The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the long weekend! Communication with the property management team was seamless. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Has everything required for an adult getaway or a family with small children. We hope to visit again soon!

Great locationMany birds, harbor seals, and lots of sea lions just out the living room to see Great beach access. Downstairs game tables too musty to use but rest of house was very large and comfy . Kitchen well stocked. Great table for games and dinning!

Memorial Day Trip

The house had plenty of room for all of my family and being close to the beach made it a lot more fun. Having our first morning breakfast almost ruined by an army of ants... made it a bit more challenging. a battle we ended up having to fight every morning. But we did not let it stop us from having fun.

Game room was in poor condition and needs to be cleaned..disappointment for the kids as they were looking forward to it..could not use the deck and was only notified of this 3 hrs prior to check in...fireplace was out of order..jets did not work in master tub..kitchen items need to be updated and at first house looked clean but found quite a few cobwebs...the view was very nice...inquired on how to open garage door but never received an answer..no handrails on front steps and on part of interior steps which was quite dangerous for one of us that has mobility issues..we go to this location often but will not be returning to this listing

Not worth the money

Multiple issues with this property, certainly not worth 700/night all in.1) the windows were filthy, obstructing the “money” view,2) badly maintained and rusty grill, with a propane tank so rusted out it looks dangerous,3) communication with the property manager was slow and very “bot-like”,4) dusty furnishings, like the fake tree next to the bed,5) torn screen door off the master bedroom,You get the idea.
