sesuai harga sih, bersih hanya saja untuk masalah ac mengecewakan karena jam 11 malam acnya bocor, petugas sudah datang mencoba memperbaiki tp tidak lama bocor lagi, untuk lokasi cukup strategis dan staff juga cukup ramah

2 nights stay on weekdays with family

This is my second time staying in this hotel.This time we stayed two nights in a deluxe double bed room room no 225 with one extra bed for my teenager daughter.room space is just enough for 3,no view, cleanliness is good,but the bathroom door couldn't be locked,no fridge,wi fi was great,breakfast for Monday morning was not as fresh as Tuesday morning.We had it at 09.30AM and salad bar was only enough for 1,I asked more lettuce they said they didnt have the stock anymore.Overall our stay was generally good, I cant comment on parking space as this time we stayed during weekdays. Our first stayed was on weekend and parking space was too limited but their security guy helped us to find one.They need to improve their breakfast menu.Location is good near to Jalan Riau that is famous for FO and foodies.

Relax, clean and cozy

Clean from Day 1 till end of stay. Good room service and friendly staff. Very gast to send our amenities and extras such as hair dryer and toilet papers. Makes us feel coming back to hotel every night.

Good and neat and comfortable stay.

Anggrek has friendly and helpful front desk and service staff. Place was clean and housekeeping was prompt and neat.

nice shopping hotel

Hotel yang terletak di pusat kota ini tidak terlalu besar namun nyaman dan menyenangkan. Pelayanan yang baik dan ramah dari staf hotel, penataan interior dan eksterior hotel yang indah membuat tamu betah. Lokasi yang berada di pusat kuliner dan belanja merupakan kemudahan bagi tamu.

It's near the Riau Factory outlets and Riau mall

Hotel is basically furnished. It's eco friendly and will not change bedsheets or towels unless specified. So if you're ok with that then it's fine. I paid for two guests but they provided only one set of toiletries. Just a toothbrush, shampoo, shower cap and soap bar, bath towels. Room has no minibar so don't expect to store cold drinks. Has complimentary water, tea and coffee. Provides breakfast, menu almost the same everyday except for one or two new items. Reception and hotel crew are pleasant. Hotel is outdated though but quite peaceful. Relatively safe streets outside hotel so ok for walking late night. Spa and massage next door to hotel.
