The room was clean and very large. I was sure I had booked a 1st floor room, but the only thing available was upstairs. Up somewhat icy stairs! The one pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom floor. For the price we paid, it was good value.

To label this location a B&B is misleading. The room itself was "moderate level motel" quality - nothing that would normally be associated with B&B. The "breakfast" was a refrigerated tray of prepackaged B&B and certainly not worthy of the cost.

The owner graciously allowed us to check in early when we dropped by. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast (on a tray in the refrigerator) was huge, with much variety. The 2 dbl. beds were comfortable. The room is upstairs w/ a small balcony. It’s about a 3 block walk to downtown Banff.
