This is a hostel, I stay 8 persons share a room, lucky me, major roommate is quite and gentle, but I heard some room keep noise, keep the light on until midnight, you cannot sleep with these people. In this cost, it should be fair deal. location is very good, you can find anything within 10 minutes. Staffs nice and friendly. I have no complain for this hostel.

This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had every appliance, pots, pans, stoves, utensils, everything anyone could want. It was clean and easy to use. There was a laundry which I used gratefully. Altogether, this was much better than staying in a hotel.

It was a decent stay, but the room felt like a bit too warmer than we’d expect, and the only way to cool a bit is to use the table-top fan they gave for each bed, which wasn’t enough. I arrived past the checkin time, at around 1.45am and they checked me in without any issues. Also the checkout was pretty seamless - i gave my parking pass and room key, and that was it.
