It was amazing staying in this hotel with my family. The amosphere, the surrounding neighbourhood is so conducive. 1. The staff right from receiving us to retrieve the luggage, registration is very courteous and helpful. 2. Amazing special mentioned, is when we called to repair water seepage from the shower closet, it was immediately attend to, there and then. The technician is knowledgeable and courteous. 3. The housekeeping is so understanding. Though we did not request for washing tray, soap and sponge. The housekeeping noticed that we used the kitchen utensils, plate, knife, and taking the bread toaster. This is amazing. We not know their names. But really appreciate them.

Everything in the hotel was well maintained and super clean. All the staff interfaced with was courteous and very helpful. Had one issue with outside noise but that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.
