We had a great couple of days at the Aetas Lumpini the hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious ( deluxe King & deluxe twin rooms ) and very well equipped all the staff were friendly and very helpful would definitely stay again

Overall, a good experience. Clean hotel, super friendly staff. They did not tell us about the lounge experiences that were included at check in. We upgraded our room and it was disappointing to have to call and ask ourselves on our last night.

Really nice stay in Aetas.

Hotel façade and lobby really clean. Warm welcome right from the reception. Spacious room and bathroom. Big windows with nice views of the street and One Bangkok in the front, and you can see both parks at a distance. Nice selection of food during breakfast buffet. Didn't try the in-house dining so I can't comment on that. Room cleaning on-demand. Gym is adequate, and the pool on the 9th floor looked nice. Didn't get to try the sauna on the 8th floor. Overall, really good experience and customer service from the staff here at Aetas. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

Cigarette smell in room.

Early check-in was nice. They gave it for free because the pool is still out of order since the earthquake. i dont care about that but they should be more clear about the pool since it can be a dealbreaker for some. First room I received had a strong cigarette stench. I talked to the reception and they applogized and gave me another room which did not have the extremely strong cigarette smell as the prior room. However the new room was a significant downgrade in both quality and size. I feel entitled to a compensation or lower price on my original booking but they offered none. Staff was very friendly and the lobby was well maintained.

This hotel is a great choice. I have stayed here before and it never disappoints. A big plus is the view from the room, looking along Rama IV Road and toward Lumphini Park. The park is excellent for a morning stroll and can be easily accessed by crossing under Rama IV Road using the MRT (Lumphini) entrances. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent. Access to the hotel is easy using Lumphini MRT, as the hotel is a very short walk east of the eastern exit (Exit 1A). I am sure that I shall stay here again.
