A day before checking in, I contacted the hotel to see if I can get my room at about noon. I was told it is possible. On the day I checked in, I was told that check in is at 2 pm and have to wait until then. At 2 pm, I asked for my room and was told to wait again. After getting in the room, I found out that the plug of the sink was broken and after one use, the bathroom was almost flooded. When I told Jackthe operations manager about it, she called security on me. I took the security guy, Lek to the room to show him the flooded bathroom. Jack gave me another room where the power outlets were defective and one drawer in the closet was impossible to open. I told Sa, the duty manager about these, she sent someone to repair the room although I was sleeping and there was a "do not disturb" sign on the door. I asked 6 employees of the hotel on which channel I could watch the football World Cup, they all didn't know the answer. After 24 hours, a 7th employee gave me the correct answer. While I was watching the World Cup, at about 10 pm, Ying, the duty manager called me to tell me that I caused problems at the restaurant. I was outraged by such nonsense and Ying immediately told me that she made a mistake. Can't they check their information before disturbing their customers late at night and falsely accusing their customers. Later I talked to the restaurant manager who assured me that I didn't do anything wrong at the restaurant. The staff is good for nothing and bad at everything.
