Great experience
Super friendly staff who go out of the way to help, such as teaching us how to operate their free washer, printing e tickets (required by the domestic airline we took), ordering Grab, and providing tips on the best currency exchange location. Very clean and spacious room. The only downside is it is located right by a busy road so at night, those motorbikes and cars can appear loud for light sleepers. We do highly recommend this hotel.

There is a construction site next to the building. They will wake you up rght at 8am everday mon to fri with huge noise!

Pros - Staff are helpful. - There is a mall nearby (within 5 minutes walk) with many restaurants, a food court and a mart. Cons - No amenities. - Hotel is old with a not very nice lobby. - Lots of mosquitoes. - Far from BTS. - Hard to get a cab and call a Grab.

In the quieter zone of town, I like that. Far enough from hustle and bustle but still walking distance to the main areas of Bkk. Staff were friendly. Room was very basic but good enough for short stay.

Nice stay for a short trip
We had a nice stay at Aspira Residence. The location is great with a choice of restaurants and cafes within a 10minute walking distance. We booked a studio and the room was not the one that was shown in the picture.

Very spacious, nice apartment. Really good for families. Living room, dining table and kitchenette is a nice touch. 10-15 minute walk to phleon chit station. Shuttle bus provided by the hotel was very useful.

Overall is excellent.
Althought it seem like thr's a distance away from the platinum mall or pratunam market, but it's actually quiet close n convenient to call a Grab or take a shuttle to BTS station which provide by the residence.

1. Staff was proactive & very helpful towards anything we needed/requested for our rooms. 2. Spacious room & good WiFi. 3. TV however has issues time to time & you've to understand Thai as it's all in Thai even the menu. Not sure how to change it to English. 4. Bring your own toilet amenities. Hotel do not provide!

Family visit to Bangkok
I stay in family room. It was very good. My family and I love our stay there. If I go back Bangkok. Will definitely stay there again. The staffs were very helpful and friendly and polite.

Enjoyable Stay! Good room and good service...
Pros: -Spacious and modern room. Furniture are relatively new and in good condition. - Very friendly staff; When i was using the common washing m/c at the hotel, one of the counter staff saw tt i hv no washing powder, and went to their storeroom to get me sm...nice touch. The security was very friendly n helpful as well, kept smiling n greeting to make u feel welcomed. Cons: - Location is quite deep inside a residential area. Quiet but a little inconv, as quite far off the main road. But if u r intending to take Grab majority of time, u shouldnt have much of an issue. Hotel is planning a shuttle soon in near future for guests as well. - Facilities r quite limited at the premises. But still, overall the hotel does gv me a good cozy feel and really looks more like an condo stay. Overall: 8.8/10 (If the abv desc fit your bill... u should gv it a try...personally i enjoy the stay...)

Huoneet ja paikka oikein kiva. Tien meteli huoneiden vieressä kuitenkin todella kova, mikäli haluaa iltaisin saada unta. Jonkinlainen ravintola majapaikassa olisi tietysti myös aina plussaa. Palvelu kuitenkin erinomaista ja muutamia spesiaali juttuja sai vaivattomasti järjestymään.

생각보다 역에서 멀어요. 케리어 끌고오는 길이 겁나게 험란합니다. 30인치 케리어와 땡볕에 흐느적 거리며갔어요. 역에서 먼거 빼면 겁나 좋았어요 직원분들 친절하시고, 방깨끗합니다 야경도 좋아요 관광하러 멀리 가실땐,직원분이 명함챙겨주십니다. 진심 꼭 챙기세요. 택시기사아저씨 드리고 데려다 달라하세요 말로 설명이 어렵습니다. 명함주시면 택시아저씨가 호텔에 전화해서 길물어봐 데려다 주시더라구요.

조용하고 친절하며 좋은 위치에 있는 아스피라 레지던스 루암루디
침대가 무척 마음에 들었습니다. 5성급 호텔에서 경험했던 편안한 침대를 갖고 있는 아파트입니다. 대단히 깨끗했고 조용했고 친절했습니다. bts 역과 조금 떨어져있으나 픽업 서비스가 매 시간마다 있고 근방에 편의점 및 백화점 등 여행하기에 적합한 곳이었어요 개인적으로 무척 만족했습니다.

こぎれいなレジデンスタイプのホテル
インドからの食材買い出しで、スタジオタイプの部屋に滞在。チェックインも早く、フロントもフレンドリー。大きな冷蔵庫があり、エアコンも部屋ごとにコントロールできるので、快適。シャワーの水圧がもう少しあればよいが、十分に許容範囲。３輪タイプのシャトルでよいので、プルンチット駅からホテルへも使えるようにしてほしい。チェックアウト時間が１２時なのもうれしい。
