Must request before replacing towel and no top up of soap. Toilet run down and door was dirty. Electric water jar was stained and dirty. Tables a d windows were dirty and tissue box also full of dust. Visitors are advised to bring wet tissue to clean up the place upon checking in. Only plus points were reasonable rates and near Central World/malls and street vendors.

The air conditioner is out of service (freeze becomes icy) in the late evening, and there is no air conditioning throughout the night. the hotel is so old and needs renovation! toilet are old and leaking water. The towel n pillow case has stain!

I have been staying in this hotel every year when I travel to BKK, area is so convenient for shopping, airport railway, free shuttlebus offered by Baiyoke to weekend market, airport railway, siam square etc, staff are very polite and helpful too. Went with my friends and his family but due to the rundown of the hotel, they prefer to stay in Glow instead.
Hotel management may consider to do some revamp/ renovation including changing the hotel items.
- aircon as the noise is quite annoying.
- bigger size television.
- sofa.
- curtain should change to the full length as the sunlight can be seen in the morning.
- pillow is too high and thick for Asian as it causes neck pain after a night of sleep.
- bed has spring which causes interruption from sleep when partner tossed and turned during the night.

Walkable distance from Ratchaprarop train station, can save the expenses taking taxi from airport to hotel. The bedroom is hot, because the aircon was not strong enough to produce cold to neutralize the heat from outside weather, especially those room facing the east. Bben highlight to hotel staff, but they can't do anything.

Struggling to find positives about this hotel. The air con worked ✅ no hot water, internet kept dropping out, hotel is in poor condition. The cleaners worked with what they had and did best they could.
Location is good if you want market shopping; it’s on the doorstep.
I understand you get what you pay for, but you can get much better for same price and less in Bangkok

The coffee in the breakfast room was really good. Breakfast room itself had a great view of Bangkok. However the hotel is very tired looking, cracked paint on walls, untidy wallpaper, no plants or pictures, low level lighting, no soap dispenser over bathroom basin, access is via steps only, too bad if you are injured etc.
