性價比很不錯的小酒店，房間面積不小，設備亦很好，除了一間供應早餐的餐廳和小型咖啡店外，再無其他康樂或休憇設施。最大的問題是酒店坐落在 Sukhumvit Soi 1尾段，走到最近的Pleonchit BTS 車站需步行十分鐘，要過對面馬路更麻煩，要先爬上車站再轉接地走落，相當困難。巷內路窄車多，路爛難行，晚上燈光昏暗, 很易失足, 要很小心走路。因 Soi 1, 在Ploenchit 高速公路出口旁，交通煩忙。要越過這段路才可到BTS站。要很小心和有耐性。如乘車回來，從 Sukumvit回來還好，如從 Ploenchit方向回來要繞一大段路才可。外出往市中心方向走, 要繞一大段路才可U turn. 這酒店很多住客是到旁邊的醫院檢查驗身, 故無需太多康樂飲食設施, 是可以理解的.

Although it is located at the city center, the hotel is located next to a hospital. Quite hard to locate at night. Walking back alone at night is not pleasurable. There is no view at the window but just a hospital building next to it. In general, quite pleasant experience.

服务体验最差的酒店！
有史以来体验最差的酒店！没有之一！ 一家人拖着疲惫的身体来到酒店，多了一个大人说要加钱，我们同意，钱已经给前台了，只是问了一句，如果取消怎么处理，前台脸色就非常不好看，坚决说随便我们，但是要扣一晚2700铢的费用。我们订了4晚，跟她沟通有没有什么办法少扣一点，比如只住一两晚。她还是非常坚决，没有任何余地。经理就在边上，全程没有跟我们说一句话！我常年住在加拿大，并在加拿大的best western成为他们的会员。你们扣多少确实是政策我没有意见，也不差那些，但是作为服务业，哪怕一丁点的服务意识也没有太糟糕了。我们取消后询问附近的其他酒店和吃饭的地方，只有一句话，不知道！！ 后来给好订网这个平台反映，客服联系了对方酒店也是一样结果，取消了就是要扣钱，并且好订网作为第三方平台，也没有任何对顾客补救的办法，很失望！

距離捷運站約8-10分鐘路程，旁邊是大型醫院區（據說是醫療水準不錯的私人醫院，吸引各國患者）。白天巷道很多人，但晚上稍嫌冷清，晚歸（22:00）幾乎沒有人在路上行走。飯店乾淨房間大，早餐中上。住宿者很多是前來就醫的各國人士。

Not bad not good
Generally the hotel is good. It is clean and tidy but I'm sure they didn't change the bedsheets. The day that I checked in, the room was not ready at 3pm the staff asked me to wait for 2hours. So I stored my luggage and went out because is not possible to wait. The location of the hotel is not good if you are not going to the hospital as it is far away from the metro and u usually need to take tuk tuk or taxi. I have asked the staff to help me to call for a tuk tuk. Some of them did not help me to negotiate a good price with tuk tuk driver as they usually charge travelers unreasonable price. But one of the staff did help me a lot so it is really depends on the staff. One thing I have to mentioned is, there is a convenient store just beside the hotel it is good

Nice and convenient stay close to Bumrungrad
The hotel is at less than 1 min walk to the hospital. Access is very easy from the airport by taxi as the highway entrance/exit is nearby, going to the airport should be easy and takes less between 20 to 30 minutes but from the airport best is to take the airport link if you in a hurry and can't risk to be stuck in the legendary Bangkok traffic.

Cons: Too far from the main roads. The alley outside the hotel which lead to the main road is always jammed especially during peak hour and their shuttle to the main road refuse to take us to the main road if there's a jam in the alley. Service average and a little expensive. Food average. Staff offer little to none help on travel advice especially the attraction or the tours you wish to join is the one they receive no commission from. Only good if you, your family or friends happen to go to the hospital nearby Pros: very clean. Nice pool. Breakfast not too bad. Lots of street food nearby. Central bangkok

服務品質極佳
飯店位置距離捷運站不遠，也有嘟嘟車可以接送，房間寬敞舒適且非常乾淨，服務人員態度親切有熱誠，早餐樣式豐富，整體的住宿經驗非常好。值得一提的是，門口的接待人員會在乘客下計程車後，再巡視一次是否有物品遺落車上，搭乘計程車離開飯店時，也會遞上名片，表示有任何問題都可電話聯繫，非常貼心。

For the most part, it was a comfortable stay, however for the money we paid, it was very underwhelming. The gym was basic and barely had enough space. I ended up having to train outside of the gym. The pool was often unmanned and there were minimal towels. There is also limited sun areas - which o was specifically looking for when selecting a pool. Other than that, the staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The shower made a huge mess and leaked which was annoying, but again, due to the price we paid, I expected more for my money.

The morning buffet is very good, thai food and western food, excellent expresso coffee, salads, fruits, fresh fruit juces, choice of different breads and backery. One thing to note is you have to deposit 2000 THB or 100 USD in cash on arrival, they do not accept deposit using a credit card, be prepared and make sure to convert a bit of money in the airport. They give you back your deposit at checkout. The hotel is perfect but beware the sidewalk in the street, it is in a bad condition. Great staff, great service, i will come back in the future.

I had surgery at Bumrungrad International Hospital, and literally, they just wheelchaired me from my hospital bed to my hotel bed. My two weeks of follow-up were so convenient. The staff went out of their way to help me eat according to my post-surgery dietary needs - even pureeing soups!
