An enjoyable 3 day stay

Hotel stay was n enjoyable one. Everything abt d hotel was top notch, from d staff to d facilities. Gym was well equipped. Muslim travellers looking for strictly halal food may hav a little difficulty, but Muslim restaurants r reachable by Grab or taxi. Mrt station opening soon wil help travellers move around without going thro d traffic jam

The lights would go on and off on their own, safe didn’t work but they fixed it. Dirty green water around the pool. Fried eggs were cold and hard. Staff were great. Drain in shower smells bad.

A GREAT STAY!

I would LOVE to give this hotel 5 stars, but the bed was way to firm for us! If you're staying 2 nights, probably not a problem. But we stayed for 6 nights and we got less and less sleep each night. The staff is SO kind and nice at the lobby, front door, restaurant and cleaning. NOW, the cleaning is amazing! We did yoga in our room with our own mats. I clean our mats with a Clorox wipe and decided to use the wipe to clean the floor around the mats...it picked up nothing! NOTHING! The floor was spotless! I think they steam clean the floor daily! We were there for business in Sainoi that we left for daily. Each day back at the hotel it was nice to swim in the pool, eat at the restaurant, go for a wall to the mall, pick up snacks at 7/11 and of course get Thai massages at Heathland. So the location is great! Overall, this place is a 5 star rating, but I really do need more sleep from not sleeping on the FIRM bed...so 4 stars for me.
