Pool was very clean and mostly quiet, rooms very spacious, 10 min walk to Victory Monument BTS . Breakfast and restaurant food good, Staff excellent , safe walking home on an evening.

Great stay

It was amazing.. we stayed here in our two visits.. prime location close to the BTS and airport rail station and several malls... clean and luxury rooms and great breakfast and staff are so helfpul

This hotel is festive and very friendly. I wouldn’t quite call it a four star hotel (as advertised), but a I had a good time and no major issues. Very convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was just perfect for my son & me. Breakfast was delicious every morning. All the staff were polite & happy & very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. The location was great too. A short walk to the train station. Lots of places to eat close by.

Overall great stay. Our room smelled humidity. We found out the plumming under the sink wa sleaking and it was fixed right away but the smell stayed... probably related only to our room. Breakfast is good, well located, pool is great. Woudl say there again.

Staff was friendly but the rooms are not up to standard: mold in the bathroom, smell of mold in the rooms. Staff tried to help, but they cannot remove the smell. Breakfast was good.

The lobby is 5 star, the customer service is 5 star but the room sadly 2 star. Room is spacious but there’s dust everywhere, the bed is not clean full of dust mites, can’t sleep comfortably bites everywhere, mattress is also cheap, painful rest upon waking up.

The location is good but only during our check in we’re expecting that our suite is ready but when we came in our room is not yet ready and we have to wait for almost an a hour though they gave us a room to stay for that but we can’t unpack and pack again we’re so hungry we just want to leave our things supposed to be but we don’t have a choice but wait for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our suite.

Hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from BTS Victory Monument. Take exit 4, walk towards Century Plaza and turn left at Rang Nam Rd. Check-in (and check-out) was quick and efficient. My request for quiet room on high floor (Level 8 - highest) was granted. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness during my 3 night stay with daily change of towels. Breakfast buffet spread is good with western and local food choices; hotel website should update 'Continental Breakfast' to 'Buffet Breakfast'. Overall excellent value for the price with its good location and many food options within walking distance. My only grouse is that the bathroom lighting is rather dim.

Room service is good. They’re replacing the sheets and taking out the trash everyday. The only thing really was when we tried to ask if we can extend the receptionist was so snobbish and dismissed our enquiry by saying we cant check out late. It’s not like we’re asking for a free extension we’re asking to extend the stay of course we’re gonna pay but we just gave up, maybe it’s just language barrier I dunno. But that’s a comfy stay nonetheless.

The public areas were fine, but the bedroom furniture were rather used and looking a bit tired. The room description indicated that the bathroom was equipped with a rainfall shower, but that was not the case. We had to change rooms after the second night as the AC was too loud and this kept us up during the night. There was also an issue with condensation from the AC where water was dripping onto the desk where we were charging our phones and devices! Luckily no damage was done. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to switched rooms.

Una estancia muy agradable por una semana, personal muy servicial y atento en todo momento. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Hay varios canales de TV , aunque solo uno en español bastante entretenido. Cerca de transporte, aunque realmente coger taxis aquí es demasiado barato con la app geab. El hotel es muy recomendable para estar una semana y cerca hay muchas tiendas y centro comercial donde regatear. A unos 700 m está la torre baiyoke, muy aconsejable para tener cena romántica en el piso 81, es un buffet y la reserva es por la web. El desayuno del hotel es siempre el mismo, pero muy variado, aunque lo clasificó más como comida que desayuno. Pero muy bien para cuando te levantes y te sientas con hambre, incluso tiene una persona haciéndote huevos de diferentes formas, según al gusto. En definitiva volveríamos a este hotel por si situación y prestaciones. Gracias por su buen trabajo.
