近BTS，交通方便，員工有禮，我10年前已開始住這裡，房間至今仍然是當年的模樣，裝修依舊，未有翻新，尤其廁所和廚房，給予人陳舊的感覺。

The room of Emporium Suites by Chatrium is much bigger than other hotels. The location is convenient and just a minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS station. The swimming pool is one of the main reason that I choose this hotel. It is big and nice ! The view of the room is also beautiful! I will definitely book again which I did it every time I stayed in Bangkok!

房間內整體一般，但以多年泰國旅遊的酒店比較，這一間性價比是最差. 特別是廁所位置非常舊，毛巾黑，水壓慢，熱水慢，去水塞, 廁所門是一間公屋的廁所門求其用白油漆油的. 我相信我此生是不會再去這一間洒店

Excellent location and staff. But, maintenance of the room and quality of the breakfast were quite poor . For the room, we felt bitten by flea during the stay. 職員不夠細心及主動

毛巾不太整潔, 灰白色及有點霉, 讓人不敢使用。另外, 如要外出叫車, 等車需時(較banyan tree 慢很多)職員安排車輛時有點混亂發不主動, 多次要找職員要求幫忙, 職員亦不會替你查問是否用meter計算, 上車後及開車後才知不是用meter計, 讓乘客自己議價, 即使價錢不對亦因已開車而不能下車, 多次讓我有中伏的感覺....對比banyan tree hotel, 此酒店職員不夠細心及主動!

Hot water wont come from the hose for more than 10 mins, I need to wait for at least 10-15 mins to get hot water. Breakfast is disappointed, very limited choice, especially with this price, though the view is excellent.
