Checkin was great, room was clean & cold, bed was a bit stiff, but the patio balcony should just be walled off. You can hear EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT LONG. A leaf blower that I swear ran for 7 hours. Bring ear plugs & request a higher floor.

Single male traveler from the U.S Property was conveniently located to walk to food and entertainment. Transportation services are readily available outside of the hotel via taxi, Grab, Bolt and TukTuk. Breakfast is more like brunch. Noisier area due to traffic and tourists.

Staff remembered me from previous stays. Always wonderful and welcoming. Best central location in the tourist belt of Bangkok with many diverse food choices nearby. Housekeeping was always efficient and paid attention to detail.

The reception area shares space with the coffee house, which makes it a little hectic. The room was ok, a bit smaller and more dated than comparable hotels we used. Very nice staff though and amazing location close to everything. The hotel was also clean and our room was quiet. We did not use the breakfast and cannot comment to that
