Spacious room with stylish decoration. Though the room is a bit dark, I love the vintage style of this hotel a lot . The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very convenient for me to go shopping and have massage. Highly recommended 👍

整體好好 職員有禮 環境理想 適合情侶夫婦 較少有小朋友家庭入住 因此較清靜 但由於check in時已無非吸煙房(訂住時有要求非吸煙房) 酒店提出安排住一晚吸煙房 第二日轉房 酒店主動提出free一日早餐作為補償 結果住一晚即令部分衣物有煙味 感覺不太好 但見職員已盡力處理及補償 另外wifi很弱 酒店房內仍要用4G

I cannot express how much i like this hotel, the whole impression to me is glorious and grand. Firstly, there has 4 types of welcome drinks which were very nice and the staffs were extradinary to be friendly and helpful. The room is noble, the bathroom has bathtub which i really impressed. I have heard that the hotel wagyu burger is good but this time didnt have chance to order room service and use the swimming pool, hope i can try next time. It was surprised that there are lots of restaurants and shopping malls arround the hotel. it is so convenient to find something to eat. We regret not choosing this hotel for our whole journey as it is really an advantage to be convenient for our travel. We will undoubtedly choose your hotel next time in bangkok.

名不虛傳,非常好,值得推薦!
非常良好的體驗。 一開始入住時,飯店人員(泰國人)是以英文與我們溝通,但在聽到我與同行友人是用中文對話時,飯店人員就自動轉成了中文,讓入住過程速度加快且順暢,非常棒! 另外,五星級飯店的房間寬敞、乾淨且味道(實際上的味道)非常香自然不用多言。最值得一提的是,入住第二天回來發現,整理房間的人員(我記得叫做Rem Ram,但也有可能叫做Ram Rem。他有用一張小卡寫他的名字,但我真的忘記了sorry)還很貼心的將散落在桌上、床上的物品收好、整理好並排列整齊,例如將眼鏡排好、手機線和相機充電線也捲好收好,這是我在其他飯店從來沒有遇過的服務,非常細心及貼心,值得推薦,下次也想再來入住

One of a Kind Experience
From the lobby to the spacious room, the decorations and furniture do really give out that old school classy vibe rarely seen in any other hotels. The staffs are super nice and attentive. It's like they remember everything you did and needed. I had the pleasure to live in a corner Yama Executive Room and the view was spectacular. The all-you-could-eat complimentary drinks and savories they offer during the afternoons were super sweet too. Since this is a boutique hotel, of course the pool and the rooftop bar are not going to be as big as some other big hotels but what they lack in scale they make up with attentiveness and styles.

Cool gothic hotel, I have stayed for 4 nights here, the staff are extremely nice, polite and helpful. Nice views from the room. When breakfast, the manager would also try to understand the demand and expectation of customers, she will also provide some informations around the hotel. Although I have some bad experiences with laundry service, but the hotel had taken responsibility for my loss, show the greatest sincerity. But still, quite disappointed with the laundry service.

The checkin time was too long and made a mistake..
The check-in time was too long and the reception made a mistake to give us the wrong key for the hotel which has the guests in the room. The location was convenient to get massage and to the restaurants.

交通位置優越、飯店低調奢華!推!
外觀看起來精巧,不是什麼大飯店的外觀,有種低調奢華在巷子裏。進門後跟其他飯店不同的是check in的櫃檯,它們採用一對一在一個小書桌坐著辦理,不用排隊人擠人。等待辦理事項的時候還有提供迎賓飲料,也非常特別、非常好喝噢!裡面的裝潢就是走一個藝術、復古、低調奢華的氣息!非常喜歡!

不滿:整潔度和住宿狀況
毛巾有味道,厠所不清潔,床太軟,枕頭不好睡,像三星級酒店。最有問題是,酒店人員經常不按門鈴,就開門經來,每天都是,沒素質的酒店。泰國當地人和我說是這酒店炮房,而且不干淨。

Good place to stay when on vacation
This is the third time staying at this hotel. Everything is good except air con in the room is a bit too loud.
