Modern and clean hotel in an excellent location off Thong Lo road. It's also very quiet even though it's 2-3 mins walk from the BTS station. I would stay here again.

FnB Manager Khun Botan was excellent. She noted our preference and made sure to ask housekeeping to send the same to our toom. She also kindly offered some helpful sightseeing sites we can visit.

We enjoyed to stay at your hotel so much. The location,facility,staff service everthing is good. However unfortunately the washing machine was dirty.Once we used but there were some dusts on our clothes from machine so it was hard to remove that. We hope only that points will be improved.

Over the years the staff have become friends and family to me. It’s really worth the extra money to book one of the bigger rooms which is one of the best values in Bangkok. The front desk and management have helped me through many issues with my Temporary living in Bangkok I never stay anywhere else and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, because it’s in my experience Jal City is the best location for restaurants, the BTS stop the pool and facilities. I’ve been vacationing and working in Bangkok periodically since 2009 and this is by far the best place to choose. There’s a really good charcoal grill steak restaurant in the lobby and then you basically share a courtyard with the hotel Nikko so you have access to their restaurants and lobby café if you need that. Note that you’re a short walk to CPS for an amazing espresso experience. Tops is close by and the nightlife of thong Lor add noodles Japanese Korean and Thai restaurants everywhere it’s a wonderful place. This hotel is where I stay every time I land at BKK 🙏 sending thanks and best wishes to my friends and family at this oasis in Bangkok.
