Very convenience, but ...
Convenience, but too noisy for us... The toilet is too small, also no place to hang the towel... No have windows in the room we stayed.. Anyway, it's the place easy to find foods, shopping, massage , night life...

Good location
At first me and my partner was a bit worried about staying in Khausan park Road. Cause this is the really famous street in Bangkok and there's a lots of nightclub and foreigners, we were not sure if we can really get a nice sleep. However we had a really quiet stay over there for two night, and it was weekend but the hotel was so quiet and we didn't been disturb by the noise out there. As the price you can find many better hotel than this, but this hotel's location was the best, nearby a lot of famous place you even can go by walk beside being cheated by all taxi driver. Just a little complain is that I saw a small cockroach on the wall.

Horrible place to stay.
The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized. We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.

새벽에 도착해서 아침에 체크아웃하는 용도의 숙박용도. 에매너티는 당연 기대하면 안됨. 침대 딱딱함. 단지 잠을 싸게 자고 싶은 여행자에게는 맞을 수 있음. 옛날 낡은 여관 느낌. 알고서 이런용도로 이용을 했지만, 다시 이용할 생각은 없음.

毎日きれいに清掃してくれて、バスタオル2枚と水が補充してあった。広くてカオサン通りに面しており便利でよかった。夜通しクラブの音が聴こえるが、フェス会場にいるみたいで楽しめた。 ホテル下のマッサージ屋さんはクーラーが効いてて、マッサージの腕もよく毎日利用していた。総合的に満足な宿です。

Cockroaches galore
We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

Well there is a reason why we book so they ready for us ,but when we get there it not they scramble try to get a room for us which the room still hasn't clean ,dirty towels, dead cockroach on the floor.during our stay they only come and clean the room once that cuz we ask them a couple times.dont believe the picture on web complete opposite .place smell like piss ,disappointed .

อยู่ในแหล่งชุมชน คนเยอะส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนต่างชาติ ฝรั่ง จีน ออกจากโรงแรมก็เป็นย่านข้าวสารเลย ห้องขนาดพอประมาณ แต่ห้องน้ำไม่ถึงกับสะอาดมาก

Suitable for backpackers
Brilliant location on a budget to party on Khaosan road. Rooms are basic but suitable for backpackers. Yes it’s noisy but what do you expect on Khaosan Road.

Good enough hotel
The hotel is right in the heart of the Khao San Road but is fairly quiet from all the noise going on outside. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in process was good. I had to provide a deposit of 1000 baht for the key which was returned to me when I checked out. The room was of average quality but quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were fine.

Very basic
We had booked the hotel in advance from previous reviews - photos looked good but hotel is nothing like it very basic dark no windows & noisy outside although we had rooms at the back. Bathroom was aweful - would not recommend this to anyone!

ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、ホテルもカオサン通りの分かりやすい場所にあり、深夜に到着したので、とてもありがたかったです。部屋は日本の一般的なホテルの広さで、値段のことを考えると、充分満足です。ただ、シャワーの水流は弱かったです。

Great location and clean hotel
Awesome place to stay and near all the action. The staff is cool and the place is kept well given its location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near all the bars and clubs. Its also convenient since we were able to run up to use the restroom any time we wanted. All the shops are located on the same street.

Our stay was good, apart from one very rude part time lady member of staff at the check in! But our issues were later resolved by the Manager and two wonderful efficient ladies at the check in desk.

Party Hotel
Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Khaosan Park Hotel. Dies hat uns auch völlig gereicht. Wir wussten bevor wir da waren dasses eher laut sein würde, das hat uns nicht mal gestört. Das Hotel hatte ein eigenartiger Geruch im Gang und Lift. Im Zimmer war es eher schmudelig und nicht so sauber! Jedoch kann man für den Preis auch nicht viel mehr erwarten. Direkt an der Khaosan Road ist totale Party angesagt. Wer es ruhig mag der ist total fehl am platz.

Einfaches Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt
Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht, da wir auf Weiterreise waren. Für einen kurzen Aufenhalt war das einfache Zimmer (Bett, TV, kleines Bad) völlig ausreichend. WiFi lief wunderbar. Klimaanlage war ein bisschen laut. Tagsüber ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sobald der Abend anbricht, ist die Musik und der Verkehr von der Khao San Road allerdings zu hören. An einem Abend lief im nahe liegenden Club Live-Musik, welche schon lautstark zu hören war. Ohrenstöpsel lagen beim Empfang allerdings bereit ;-) Für Reisende, die nicht lange bleiben wollen, keinen besonderen Komfort brauchen und das lange Treiben bis in die Nacht mögen, kann ich es weiter empfehlen.

Ребятки доброго времени суток всем,отель на мой взгляд замечательный,он немолодой но все чистенько и аккуратно,персонал просто молодцы,в номере сейф,холодильник,чайник,привет от отеля в виде кофе,кофе со сливками,чая,лапши.В общем все есть и без излишеств.Людям с претензиями там делать ничего.Их все будет неустраивать,учитывая цену которую я заплатил,я таки вам скажу это отличный отель за свои деньги.Теперь о мелочах которые будут раздражать требовательных туристов:вход в первый раз вам еще придется поискать,особенно в вечернее время суток он сделан в виде магазинчика прямо под вывеской отеля будьте внимательны,в отеле сейчас идет ремонт поэтому после десяти утра вы будете слушать музыку перфоратора,и да ночью там бывает очень шумно от музыки из баров.Но расположение,персонал,и цена на октябрь 2016 вне конкуренции.

Hotel położony przy bardzo głośnej imprezowej ulicy, co może nieco przeszkadzać, zwłaszcza w nocy. Obsługa hotelowa na wysokim poziomie. Recepcja czynna całą dobę. Pokoje ładne, czyste i zadbane. W recepcji dostępne szampony i odżywki do włosów do wyboru w zależności od upodobań gości. Jedynym minusem był brak internetu w pokojach przez cały pobyt ze względu na awarię. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!

Rezeption sehr freundlich entspricht nicht den Bildern, Baustelle und gibt keinen Garten, der sollte 1,5 Monate vorher fertig sein wars nicht. Wifi hatten wir auch nur sehr schlechtes und keines im Zimmer. Zimmer konnte man das brumen der Klimaanlage aus dem Nachbar Zimmer hören, war echt lauter als die Khao San road Musik.

Restoration Work Ongoing
Don't arrive at this hotel thinking there is a restaurant or a roof garden. Considerable restoration work is ongoing. The lobby area is being extended to include shops and a restaurant and the roof garden does not exist. I believe this is going to be an additional bar and a restaurant. Had I not received a good daily rate and paid in advance I certainly would not be staying.
