Beautiful hotel in Silom relatively close to BTS and MRT and all the action on Silom Road. Very nice pool area, good gym and AMAZING delicious breakfast with a vast array of options. Truly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced. Not a lot of great dining options nearby that are not in hotels, but we managed. We personally liked being able to walk to Soi4/gay nightlife for drinks.

One week in Bangkok and our favourite hotel

Our favourite hotel in Bangkok. We always stay in an Executive room, high floor with access to the lounge, which is great. Rooms are good and service is impeccable. Nice pool and spa area, where you can relax after or before a busy day. Everyone throughout the entire hotel is extremely attentive and does everything to pay attention and help you with the smallest things. Breakfast buffet is extremely large and suits all nationalities, Asian dishes, European, American. You find everything you like and need.

Hotel is excellent. Check in takes a very long time and often only one person working. Lots of problems with electronic keys. Had to have mine reloaded 7 times in three days. I’ve stayed before and had no problems with keys or checking in. Staff are very helpful and polite.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE BEDS ARE SO DAMN HARD THAT YOU MIGHT AS WELL GRAB A PILLOW AND GO LAYDOWN ON THE SIDEWALK! Also the staff isn't to be trusted! After the director of operations agreed to give me a refund she then sends an email once I was on my flight to tell now she couldn't give me my money! So now it's time to review! I stayed in both suite types! They're both trash! The in room entertainment sucks! And while they may smile they'll just do what they want once you leave and try to keep your money.

Hall de réception toujours au top avec une très belle boutique de cachemire magnifique avec de très beau produit proposé à la vente avec un belle accueil . Chambre bien mais un peu vieillissant.
