Wonderful staff. Food was varied and tasty but cold-that needs improving. We liked the pool area and very good free shuttle service to some nearby attractions. If you are short of time and want to see main attractions I would recommend you stay in the center as it cost us a lot in taxi/grab fares and time.

My favourite hotel of my stay in Thailand. Nicely located on the banks of the river. A mall just a close walking distance away. Beautifully designed lobby and large swimming pool.

The hotel is nice, beautiful location on the river and excellent staff. But the transport to city and back is a little inconvenient. One has to rely on taxis and tuktuks or wait for the one way hotel shuttle for a drop to Taksin for BTS or the nearest ferry. That became a bit difficult due to the crowds around new years as the city was very busy.
