I live on the second floor of Block 3. There are some noises (water flow of the pipe) from time to time which is quite annoying. The room is spacious and tidy. It will be better if hair dryer is provided. The staffs are nice and the receptionists are pretty.

他們的行政樓層服務非常之差,整體像他們不歡迎中國人入住。他們只在我們後面離開一米說話,但外國人卻在他們面前說話。免費及收費的小食及飲品經常不同,職員又推搪他們的錯誤。行政樓層的客戶服務經理一無所長,完全不稱職又不願意去跟進問題。很失望的住宿體驗。

Very comfortable. Staff are excellent, very polite, very friendly, very helpful & very impressive, especially the luggage staff, the bellboy, I mean the staff who help carrying suitcases, who help alighting vehicles and the room attendent.

Movenpick hotel 對於Expedia 金會員的待遇感到失望 十分不滿意會員的待遇就只有15% 的餐飲優惠 建議不要浪費時間和積分選這間酒店 不可一不可再的酒店 以這個價錢可以有更多的選擇 酒店位置 酒店位置不太好 不近BTS 站 有tuk tuk 每15分鐘一班來回Terminal 21 但馬路很窄 容易塞車 尤其在下午時間 服務 是次入住體驗十分差 Check in 同 check out 服務慢 前枱只有2-3人 要人等checkin 還是第一次 職員的服務還過得去 設施 每天下午4-5點 有免費chocolate bar 這是唯一的優點 電梯不夠大,而且只有兩部 客房 第一感覺進到房間比起照片有落差 整潔度一般 燈光一到晚上就略有不足 而且有一盞光壞了 沒有維修 客房隔音十分差 住在三樓面向馬路經常聽到車聲 另外房門外的人經過也十分嘈 廁所夠大 沖涼空間都足夠 但分隔得不好容易整濕外面 房間提供付費零食和飲料放滿了雪櫃 房間枕頭令人訓得不舒服 紙巾只放在洗臉盆旁邊,應該要加多個放左桌上 以這樣的質素 稱不上是五星級酒店吧
