在 BTS Krung Thon Buri 站4號出口只需行約十分鐘便到達酒店。附近商場有間大超市，路旁食店也多。 酒店方面，整體上也很好。櫃台員工笑容滿面，辦理入住手續快捷。房間整潔寬敞，足夠一家四口入住。在BTS 站行到汗流夾背，到達酒店櫃位還有冰凍飲品及小食提供給客人補充，很窩心，值得一讚。

飯店人員態度非常友善
飯店人員態度都很友善.英文溝通無問題.飯店旁邊也有便宜按摩店.以及7-11跟小吃.唯一缺點是距離BTS有點遠.都要坐車才會到~請大家注意.要搭飯店配合的正牌TAXI.不要搭出巷口後招攬你的車子.很多都是騙人的.我們要去水上市場.結果被載去偏僻的地方.然後要我們一人最少1500的搭船費用.非常過份.硬要你上船.軟硬兼施.我們人在異鄉又有小孩同行.深怕危險.不得不花錢了事.請大家自行注意.

酒店員工態度非常好，酒店房間很闊落，也很難得有兩間房，很適合一家入住，感覺很舒適，裝修非常新，露台也很大。酒店地點也很方便，沿路有很多地道食肆！外出也很方便！

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, you can actually walk to the ICONSIM, 10 minutes. I didn’t, as it’s too hot. 2 minutes By motorcycle. There is a big food court and supermarket walking about 2 minutes. The whole street just outside the hotel is local food, delicious. It’s funny to say Even it’s in a busy area, the room is quiet. Really like the room has a fridge. You can have a glass of cold water in the morning. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back to Naga. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property was well maintained, the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the rooms were nicely appointed. I initially had a few issues these were immediately rectified. Would definitely stay in this area and at Naga Residence again.

Very nice place to stay. The staff above and beyond! Very clean and safe no worries here. Literally 100 feet away from anything you need including the restaurant market. Highly recommended!

For the price I paid, I was surprised at what a nice hotel it was, and the rooms were really comfortable, well laid out, and had great amenities. The water pressure could have been a little higher in the shower, but otherwise, very happy with our room
