This is my second stays in Novotel, I love their services, all staffs are so friendly. The location is so convenient to access to BTS, Paragon, Siam Square One, Siam Centre, MBK Mall, everything is just around walking distance. This area is so vibrance and safe even walk alone at night.

我被安排在電梯廳斜前方的一個房間,紗簾拉上還是可以在看得清清楚楚! 隔日飯店施工的噪音,我並沒有事先被告知! 前台的服務人員態度消極,清晨退房的我沒有受到任何協助前往機場,反而是門房員協助我。 如果考慮購物方便,非常推薦! 飯店較老舊隔音不佳需考慮。

已是第二次入住,交通方便,行兩分鐘到bts站,附近仲有幾個大型商場! 大堂接待處職員態度不夠親和力! 因小朋友及老人同行,在入住貴酒店三天前已send email 要求兩間房安排在附近,從沒有回覆過我們,到步後再次要求兩房安裝在附近,沒有面回覆可以/不可,只是說其中的一間房已upgrad,但被安排15、16樓,在照顧老人及小孩方便都非常不方便!

不會推薦,衛生非常差
之前曾經住過,因為方便,所以再次入住。一入到酒店有一陣陣不好聞的味道,搭lift上房不需要房咭,直接按樓層就可以,非常非常舊式的設計,這會導致保安問題;晚上沖涼的時候,發現有小強,為免驚動同房的朋友而造成不安,我沒有即時向前台反映;入住兩日,朋友開始皮膚敏感,兩日後退房,沒有食藥的情況下,皮膚敏感逐漸轉好,相信是房間的衛生問題。

第一日,房間出現小小強,第二日告知前台,佢地即時主動幫我換房。換房冇發現小小強,相信個別房間問題。但沖涼水壓都係一般好。 位置極之方便,落樓下行三十秒就有按摩店,價錢及質素都唔錯,附近好好行,好多小店,商場,步行central would 都好近,樓下係BTS,總結係不過不失。

Staff are nice and helpful, rooms are tidy & clean, yet the facilities are a bit old. Excellent location right next to BTS and Siam Paragon.
