經Hxxxxs.com訂雙房套间，唔知酒店定網站漏單而冇房，至第二天才有雙房，算。 房间傢俬殘舊，冷气壓縮机噪音大但夠凍，小強橫行，總有坏燈，位於中東，印度區故此有很多中東印度歺廳，酒店員工友善樂於協助解決問題，早歺幾好可在附近ibis或另一间酒店亨用，但我吾會再入住。

Terrible hotel.
the room was infested with Beatles the toilet seat was broken and would not flush and the safety deposit box kept malfunctioning ,and the shower was not good the head was glued together.for the money a very bad stay.

I arrived late,, so check in was through security as office was not open. Very easy.. I showed passport, security gave me package with key and wi-fi info. Next morning maid came to make up room before I was ready so I sent her away. Later that afternoon I went to office to ask for new towels as maid had not returned. They sent maid to room. When I returned to room later it was all made up with clean towels. Internet was down with no apology for day and a half. Beds are very hard. Checkout was the easiest I’ve ever encountered.

We will love to stay again but it will be more pleasant if it would have been equipped with more modern amenities. This is our third stay in this property. A lot of poor maintenance has been noticed. Particularly in the AC's making more noise and less cool. All the wall papers are coming out, filthy smell is coming out from kitchen room etc. We have stayed in room No. 1502 & 1603. It is pity by seeing a good property is fading away for poor maintenance.

Staff are amazing, condition of hotel very poor. Great pool and location perfect. Inside paint and concrete on the carpet live wires hanging out of walls. Lift floors rotting.

Free breakfast was far inferior to last year. We an on site Indian restaurant which served to the very basic Indian taste. Next door was another place we could choose which had a wide variety of choices: eggs, omelettes that looked like omeletettes, nice variety of meats, diced fruits, pancakes, etc as compared to greasy, fried curries and other pan dishes, bread, coffee, etc.

Rooms are ok, bed is also ok. Good security,you need keycard to get in to hotelarea. But when we got there late at night, we got several envelupes delivered and could just pick out our name with out any form for control. We rented two rooms and there were bugs in both. One room in door in bathroom (and dead bugs in a kitchencabinet) and in other room running on roomfloor. But hotel were pretty cheap

Old hotel and full of insects. Major renovation is required to make it presentable. Staff leave at night so noone is there to reach out to if need help. The only good things about it is the location and the gym facility.

Decent Enough
wasnt bad , but also wasnt great, the rooms show their age and could use a make over for sure, but its Right on Nana Soi 4 where all the night life you could want or need, but its far enough down the street that noise is a non issue and neither is bothersome people, every kind of food you could think of within walking distance including a Mc Donalds, for what I paid per night id stay there again and probably will on my next trip to Thailand in 4 months..

Do not recommend at all. Sad property and not worthy of even half the price. Just plain beat. No hot water, shabby condition and should not be offered through ANY agency.

このえりあでは費用対効果が1番いい。サービスアパートメントがやってる短期部屋貸しなので、 レセプションなどはホテルのサービスとは違うので慣れてないと戸惑うかも。 部屋、建物は古いですが汚くはないですし、セキュリティーもしかりしてるので女性でも安心かと。

Nice hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit - plenty to do - walking distance to stations that get you to many other places. Hotel has a swimming pool and gym, but could really do with a bar, perhaps on the top floor!

Hotel is in a great location but is getting old and tired. It is adequate and clean and an ok stay for the right price. I had an enjoyable stay as it is near nightlife and restaurants.

Hausverwaltung vermittelt Appartm als Glückssache
In diesem Haus gibt es zwei verschiedene Anbieter: Ein richtiges Hotel mit ordentlichen Qualitätsstandards und diese Vermietung über die Hausverwaltung, die Appartements von Privateigentümern für kurze Zeit weitervermittelt. Die Hausverwaltung leitet den Zimmerservice und gibt Vouchers für Frühstück aus (wahlweise bei einem Inder im Haus - der genommen werden muss, wenn gerade keine Vordrucke da sind), bei einem Libanesen auf der anderen Straßenseite oder bei Ibis nebenan, hat aber keinen Einfluss auf den Zimmerzustand der Privateigentümer. Uns wurde ein unzumutbares Zimmer mit kaputtem Fußboden und verschimmelten Silikonfugen.vergeben. Auf unsere Beschwerde konnten wir dann in ein anderes mit deutlich besserem Allgemeinzustand wechseln. Die Gegend ist Rotlichtmilieu, man(n) wird auf der Straße von Prostituierten angefasst, aber zentrumsnah, Hochbahn fußläufig erreichbar und auch reich an Streetfood. Ibis Restaurant bietet abwechslungsreiches Frühstück,. Den Voucher erhält man mit Glück abends, wenn nicht, wird man morgens darauf verwiesen, beim Inder zu frühstücken. Im Haus ist auch ein Pool im 8. Stock, der benutzt werden darf, ebenso ein Kraftraum. Zimmerservice täglich, hatte aber abends noch keine neuen Handtücher gebracht, nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde dann doch nach 1 h Wartezeit. Wer an diesem Ort buchen will, sollte es vorrangig beim regulären Hotel versuchen, da dort ein besserer Qualitätsstandard zu erwarten ist.

Super hotel with signs of aging rooms
Omni Tower, for many years my secret hide out due to clean rooms, very nice staff, close by night life, good price and super Wi-Fi, has come down in my ratings over the past years. The proximity to night life and the very friendly hotel staff still being the same, the rooms start to be fairly run down though. It's still clean, but the interior starts showing years of neglected maintenance and renovation. Some of the ACs are loud as airplane turbines and impossible to sleep with. The windows won't close. The last two years I had to change room at least twice until I was given a room with an acceptable AC noise. I guess I will have to look for alternatives, even though I really enjoy staying at Omni Tower with the swimming pool and good location.

Everything was good except problem with leaking air conditioning. Hotel condition 2. If there was no problem with the airconditioning I would give it a 4. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would stay here again except in a different room.
