位置距离地铁口比较远 曼谷堵车太恐怖 酒店的wifi速度不行 而且酒店的通信信号也不太好 上网很费劲。还有就是酒店不能支付宝和银联！

酒店正在Soi Nana, 轉個彎，就能到人氣聚集的地方，飲食購物都好方便。
總是很乾淨的，最感意外的是房內有浴缸，加點浴鹽就可以有個很好的浸浴。去Terminal 21也很方便。

酒店在Expidea中提及的私家車接送，原來只是送客人由酒店到街口，連地鐵站都不到，然後又不提供接回酒店服務，詢問職員只回答卡片中已畫了圖畫，叫我和太太自己看圖，圖畫十分細小及簡陋，亦没有文字說明，然後職員還說有什麼不滿隨便投訴，其實客人出外回來，提著大包小包，或帶著行李入住酒店，才需要車子接送，酒店出門才提供很不合理，酒店位置偏僻，街道亦十分骯髒

⒈雖然出門有免費車送到附近的BTS，但回程要走回來，對於玩了一整天的人說確實有點吃力，光那一段十幾分鐘路程足以汗流浹背。 ⒉刷牙套裝不會每天自動補全，每次要致電櫃臺詢問才拿給你。 ⒊留有一張房咭在房間充電，卻被清潔職員無故拔掉房咭並取走鎖上房間。 ⒋免費提供的水、茶啡，兩天才為你補上一次（我訂了五晚），而不是每天更新。

整潔 但用品拿少了只得一套 按了整理房間燈 但沒有幫我們整理 幸好只住兩天 近夜市 宵夜很方便 夜晚清靜 很多司機不知道地址 要拎定卡片 打電話到酒店 用泰文才知道

这间酒店比想象中的性价比高，总体来说很不错。房间够大，环境ok，不吵闹，离的最近的bts站不管去哪里都很方便。可是，酒店本身离bts站远，早上9:00开始酒店有车送你去bts站，不过只是单程，回来得自己走，他们不提供服务。

Bad location but new.
New hotel but very far from BTS station. The hotel only provides one way shuttle from the hotel to Nana BTS station, NO return pick up. It takes over 15 mins walk and the road situation is not good. The hotel has not mentioned about that. Really disappointed. On the other hand, the English standard of the staff is not good.

This hotel is new. It is situated at some walkable distance from skytrain station. Although the surrounding buildings are a bit old, the hotel itself is nice, clean, spacious, and at a very good price. Food quality is not satisfactory when compared with food in Siam Paragon, yet the breakfast set is about average (American set). The outdoor swimming pool is clean, not crowded, and relaxing. Gymnastic room is big. The so called "shuttle service" was excellent, as a driver was always there to drive us to NaNa station (as if he was our private driver).

위치 때문에 점수 깎았습니다. 태국 여행 중 총 2박 했고 방도 넓고 깨끗했고 좋았습니다. 다만, BTS역에서 꽤 들어와야하기 때문에(약 10분 이상?) 아쉬웠습니다. 나나역에서 내리면 사람이 많은 나나플라자 거리를 지나셔야하고 칫롬?역에서 내리면 도로변을 타고 와야 힘듭니다. 걸어서 오시는 분들은 참고히세요. 나나플라자 거리쪽은 워낙 유명해서 편의점이나 길거리 음식이 많고 도보 20분 거리에 럼피니 공원과 벤차키니공원이 있어 좋았습니다. 객실 내 와이파이가 하나씩 구비되어 태국 여행 중 묵었던 호텔들 중 와이파이 제일 빨랐던 것 같네요. 조식은 프론트에서 먹을 수 있다는데 사진상으로 별로라 그냥 패스했습니다. 수영장이나 짐은 7-19시까지고 괜찮았습니다.

Very disappointed. This was my favorite hotel three years ago and now I will not go back there. They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose. Very upset. I will not be back. Saavy traveler from Los Angeles.

Asked for departure card at check-in which is unnecessary. Air con didn't work and had to move rooms in middle of night. Breakfast was poor.

Dear Guest, 1. We apologize for the air-conditioning failure that occurred because we are unable to know when this will happen, but we try to impress customers with our stay as much as possible. 2. As for the question of entry and exit, that is the universal rule of the hotel that must be sent to the immigration checkpoint to report that you are actually staying with us when traveling. 3. For the breakfast that we have served, we have clearly displayed the menu with the price and our hotel offers a set menu breakfast which may be too small if the customer will eat like a buffet style. Super gepflegtes Hotel alles sauber mit gutem Service. Fitness Raum gross mit vielen Geräten. Ruhig gelegen in soi 4. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist mann bei der Sky Train Station Nanna.
