The service of the hotel is great!!! All staffs are nice. The hotel is surrounded by many temples, so the street was quiet at night. I love the Jacuzzi most, because I could watch the stunning views from the river, but be careful of bathing while the ships are moving.

員工很親切，我們在頂樓吃晚餐，離開前還主動幫我們以河對岸的鄭王廟為背景照相。房間舒適乾淨，床很軟，冷氣很強，更別說絕佳的風景了。地點超好，前往臥佛寺與鄭王廟皆在短距離內，早上早早前往可避開人潮。

酒店位置不错，走路到大皇宫也就10分钟，走路去考山路也就半个小时，晚上附近人很少，晚上附近的餐馆都很早就关门了，吃的街边的路边摊，别有一番风味。最大的缺点是房间太小，不知道曼谷其他酒店的情况，房间小的来让我觉得像是在日本

房間明亮乾淨又舒適, 帶有陽台的房型可直接看到鄭王廟, view超好.
這次中午就提早抵達飯店, check-in的時候服務人員就通知房間已經準備好了可以先入住. 這次選擇入住帶有陽台的Premium Jacuzzi Suite, 房間很寬敞, 陽台有按摩浴缸. 傍晚的時候會有專人幫忙準備花瓣浴, 可以泡在按摩浴缸裡欣賞夕陽. 房間陽台可直接看到鄭王廟, 晚上夜景也很迷人. 很喜歡這間飯店, 下次會再來.

Roof top bar 很不錯
床和提供用品跟相片一樣，但房間比想像中小，而且安排了入住1樓，所以有一半景觀是對面樓、餐廳和紅色的廟，一半的確是Wat Arun。洗澡位置和廁所都只是僅僅夠一人入，而且連住，所以廁所地面有機會有水入。反而去到頂樓的Bar景觀非常不錯。職員都很友善，走時幫忙叫的士和給了我們一張手寫Thank You Card。

酒店很精致，地理位置有点偏不好打车
酒店躲在某条巷子的角落里，几次打车都被司机仍在路边，好无奈。地理位置其实很不错的，附近就是大皇宫等景点，导致打车出去都不计表必须一口价！如果喜欢去逛街的，不建议住这里。 不过酒店很精致，服务也很棒，欢迎饮品好好喝，我定的有泡澡池的房间景观一流，房间的设施也很好，基本的都有。酒店楼顶是一个不错的餐厅，出品选择不多但很精致，味道不过不失，这个价格可以有更好的选择。 不好的也总结一下，热水忽冷忽热，洗澡不爽！由于我住的房型都在4楼，5楼是餐厅，结果早上和晚上，都很嘈，搬桌子什么的；还有由于靠近河边，游客的船等等经过的时候简直是影响睡眠，所以睡眠质量不好的人慎选哈！ 总体来说，可以给4分滴！ PS：我非常挂念小巷子口的香肠大叔，看到一定要买，巨好吃！第一天之后我都没有遇到过大叔了，好失落。

飯店靠近大皇宮和黎明寺，方便想體驗舊城區的旅客。飯店雖位在巷內，但巷口有顯眼招牌不至於錯過。整體服務極佳，櫃檯人員親切，客房內也非常乾淨，住起來相當舒適，在這裡有讓人放鬆的感覺。大力推薦迎賓茶，退房時櫃檯人員請我們再喝了一次，另人難忘！

Great Boutique Hotel located on Chao Phraya River
We are two girl friends which wanted to spend our time in BKK for the new year holidays , and we do enjoy the time we stayed at Riva Arun Bangkok for our BKK trip. -Beautiful design of the Hotel and Room , elegant and classic. -Lovely Staff with efficiency assistance -Great Location for sightseeing: Even though this hotel is not locate in the down town which the popular area for shopping like Chit lom or Siam but still good for stay : -Easy to go the must see spots like Wat Pho , Grand Palace , Tha Maharaj -Pier is very close and easy to take boat to cross over to city or Wat Arun. -There is a 7-11 by 3 mins walk to get anything you need daily. -Thai Street food or other restaurants are around and nice to try. Sadly we can't have a river view room due to all the room already full booked during the busy season but overall we had a great time there and love this hotel :)

The property overlooked the river and temples. The temples were all lit up at night and the view was stunning. The hotel was within walking distance of The Grand Palace and ferry stops. There was a really lovely rooftop bar too.

We stayed at Riva Arun in February 2024 and it was fantastic. Great location on the river with an amazing view of the gorgeous Wat Arun and all the colorful river boat traffic at night. So much to do nearby, restaurants, shops, nightlife! We were surprised to get a room upgrade that included a beautiful terrace overlooking the Chao Phraya. Staff was wonderful and rooms luxurious. Would stay here again no question!!!

This was an exceptional experience due mainly to the excellent staff who were attentive and caring at every turn. I witnessed them behaving in this exemplary fashion to every guest. Really excellent. It would be good to have drinking water refill points to reduce the use of plastic bottles but the hotel and staff were brilliant in every other regard.

By the pics online I thought the hotel was right on the water, it is not. There is a restaurant in front of it. The hotel rooftop view is the view online. Great view from up there. Staff was helpful, room was clean and the shower was great. No problem getting hot water.

This is the very best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in all my travels around Asia. The staff are incredibly kind and guest-obsessed. As a boutique hotel with only 25 rooms, they are able to learn about each guest, like remembering 2 nights later that hubby & I like our cocktails with less/ no added sweetness. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping team keep the room spotless. The crisp, freshly pressed bed linens are sure to impress! Would live here if I could. ❤️

A Great Hotel at a Good Price
The hotel is very clean, the staff are polite, attentive and always greet you with a smile. The location is excellent if, like me you want to see the Grand Palace, The Reclining Buddha and other nearby temples. The location is safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This one is special because it is situated across the river from the amazing Wat Arun, and the room I had looked directly at it, lit up at night, it’s an amazing way to ease into your Bangkok trip. It’s also conveniently located a 2 min walk to Wat Pho where you can catch the reclining Buddha and other neat temple and/or river taxi attractions. Special mention for the staff who were very kind and helpful!

Fab, but...
This is a great small hotel, the premium jacuzzi rooms are superb. The only letdown is check-in, it took almost hale an hour. There were at least six staff there more interested in serving iced coffee. I had to ask FOUR times before someone finally did what was needed, three minutes work took half an hour, very poor front of house with staff acting like children and no-one knowing what anyone was doing.

Great location, Amazing Staff, OK room
For tourist purposes, this was a great location with most of the main tourist sights within walking distance. The room is smaller than it appeared in the pictures - especially the bathroom. I was not a fan of all of the mirrors but I guess it does help make the room reel a little bigger. Our room did have an amazing view of Wat Arun across the river which is why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of three. It is located on little one-way street, and it seemed like we had to walk past a lot of garbage on the block to get to our hotel. In hindsight, I would have made the taxi driver take us to the front door of the hotel when we first arrived so we would have had a better first impression. The room was cleaner than it felt at first too. There was discoloration on the door and frame which may have been just a poor choice in paint colors. I wiped the room down with cleanup sheets, and it was still pretty clean afterwards. The toilet and shower in the small bathroom are separated by a shower curtain which also looked dirty. With all of the negative stuff out of the way, I have to say that the staff was amazingly helpful with any questions about the hotel, restaurants, and visiting the nearby sites. Speaking of restaurants, there two really good ones right across the street; Supanniga and Rongos. I have to say that if I were to return to Bangkok, I would try to find a more modern hotel in a different location.
