The personal is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean. The food in the restaurant and ar the breakfast buffet is great. Its located next to multiple shopping areas and a huge second hand market which is pretty nice. But its located next to a main road and the windows are not very sound isolating, so it can get pretty loud in the room, also the AC is pretty loud, so i had to turn it off during the night in order to sleep

Door was broken and they wouldn’t get us a new room. The staff made us wait in the room while it took them 20min to fix.

Attentive staff who did upmost to understand and accommodate requests. Only drawback is lack of mrt network as road traffic can be tiring.

Receptionist is not professional to solve guest's problem. She chess guest like teacher chess student. I booked a room for my friend under my name. I understand that if she search for my friend's name, it won't show. But she started to ask questions without a gap to answer. I said "Hold on. Let me check my confirmation from my email. Another thing is noise from Chinese Tourist at midnight.
