Dirty room, only lobby is light and beautiful

It's the worst hotel I stayed ever. The room smells a little musty, and there's bugs bite my two legs everywhere as I just walked into the room for about 5 minutes.... The room doesn't look like the photo as it shows in the web because the lobby has big different from the room!!! However, the staff is very nice, I told him there are many bugs and he sprayed of insecticides immediately and treated us nice and let us put luggage for one night. In conclusion, the room is dirty and old, if you want have good experience during travel, don't stay here.

交通方便，設施殘舊，貨不對版……

住了一個星期感覺不是很好，凌晨到達，可是原先book好的房間，被租出了，被臨時安排一個雙人房，加折床給我們四個人住。第二天中午3時左右才安排另一間房給我們，可是住了三天，廁所沖涼的去水渠堵塞，我們只好要求再換房間。早餐基本上，每天都一樣，而且可選擇的種類不多，不吃也罷。整體而言，貨不對版，房間設施殘舊，甚至未能使用。唯一是服務人員態度良好。

Good hotel

Good breakfast, a lot of options, felt like eating dinner. Free WiFi in room, convenient location, good services, far better than I expected.

We arrived at 12 AM. The foyer smells like incense with a hint of curry. The room smelled moldy. The bedsheets and beds had stains, they looked as if someone had previously slept there with black lints all over. The floors were peeling off. I told the staff I couldn’t stay here. The staff was nice and asked if I would give them an opportunity to make it right by showing me a different room. I looked at another room, there was also stains on the bedsheets. The surrounding area is sketchy and dirty. I requested for a refund and went to a different hotel, Hilton. There must be standards put in place for owners to list their hotels. This hotel was by far the worst I’ve seen. The two gentlemen working there were nice and kind. They agreed to a full refund.

This property only 2 star rated for my own opinion. Hygiene also 2 star. Room is dark light insufficient. Room cleaner for bed not up my standards. Nearby 711 and big shopping center world walking distance 10 to 15 minutes.

got to the hotel late and only noticed in the morning that there are no towels, went to the reception, you can't get towels until 9.00 when the cleaning staff comes, no one came with towels, couldn't shower because I was going to check out and go on

Bad Experience

Unable to checkin since the lobby lights were off, doors locked & no staff present at the time. Now, I was checking in late around 3am but was told it has 24 hour service. No one picked up the phone when I called them twice. So my family & I had to drive around the area looking for available rooms at this time. It took us hour & half to find a small hotel. Now, since the hotel won’t refund the money to me. Got me quite upset. Time & money was wasted thinking that this hotel with its decent rating would treat their customers a bit better than that.
