I am writing this letter about the poor cleaning services .I found the room (2703) was overrun with many mosquitoes when I stayed at Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok Hotel on 21-24 Feb 2020.It was really unacceptable. Then, I told with frontdesk, he didn’t apologies about this. He just said wait 10 mins for change room but didn’t call my room phone for already to change. So, I need to pick my package to lobby told with him. Please find the attached information for your reference.
Actually, I appreciation the concierge staff who is friendly to help us call grab in the morning on 23Feb 2020 (go to Tambon Song Khanong, Sam Phran) . I forgot ask his name but he given hotel phone to found him if I need to call grab when I come back. It’s really thoughtful about this.
We will be looking forward to better cleaning services in the future and a timely response.
