位置还行，离轨道交通几分钟的路程，往北有一片当地人聚集地很多日本餐馆 但是酒店本身不行，就是民宿，连前台都没有 有假厨房，有灶，没有锅 不如在民宿网站上面去定，有些房间比这个好点

有洗衣機算方便的公寓式飯店
離bts站很近，且有一個mall，生活機能算不錯，客房內有洗衣機，但是沒有曬衣架，勉強可以掛在格柵上，入住時直接找管理員報到即可，bts站往飯店的半路上有一間賣米粉湯，好好吃~~

Untidy and no room service
You only can left the luggage on the public area. No room service. The bath so small. And no privacy for take a bath, because it is no curtain. But the location really good, near BTS station. And the balcony so good for dining room.

非常舒服的新住宿大廈
太棒了～非常舒服的新住宿大廈，不能用飯店形容他，櫃檯沒有人喔，住了幾天是沒人來打掃的～但是有流理台，洗衣機，雙衛浴，非常乾淨而且是個時髦的住所，大樓門禁不錯，警衛和善（有事可找他啦！）交通還好，捷運很近，但離逛街的地方要走一下（曼谷塞車嚴重，計程車雖便宜，但是遠的地方要先規劃好路線）它會是我們下次再去曼谷的首選～價位便宜,只要交通路線規劃好，非常超值喔！

位置方便又新穎
飯店位置離捷運站約走路3分鐘路程，入口不難找，飯店環境非常乾淨，房間設備很完整，非常喜歡陽台，下次去一定會再來這間。

I enjoyed the stay, the room is big and it comes with a living area and balcony. There are no reception , no concierge , nobody at the lobby. If we need anything, for example: check in, housekeeper...etc, we need to look for the people in the office located on the G/F near the parking lot. The check out time is 12nn but our flight was at evening time, we plan to leave our luggage in the hotel and come back later. But there are no concierge and nobody in the lobby, we don't feel secure leaving our things in a empty open area. So we went to Mall nearby (5-8mins walk) with our luggage and spent the rest of time in a spa. It is acceptable due to such cheap deals, just 38USD per night, what do we expect? haha.

沒有保險櫃頗不方便，缺少額外服務，如：行李寄放、每日的房間整理…等。家具新穎，高樓層風景好、採光通風都很好，離bts站也不遠。房間不小，但是被隔成床與客廳2個區塊，在視覺上有點壓迫。有看到一隻小蟑螂。

這不是飯店!!是舒服自在的公寓!!
這是一間很舒服自在的公寓~公共設施很新~有泳池有健身中心有蒸氣室~等等!硬體設備一切很完善!整體環境也都很好!離捷運bts走路不用10分鐘!搭車去jj market很近!美中不足因為不是飯店~所以沒有接待人員~領鑰匙到自己房間~沒有room service~只有跟管理者要求才會有房務打掃房間!但是房務整理得很草率~且入住時發生了些小問題!或許是管理者不熟悉業務~或是種種外在因素!所以delay了我們入住時間!讓我們白等了很久!浪費了半天!行程都被打亂!很不開心!!室內家具不是很牢固~需小心使用~簡單的說~這是一間公寓!日租套房的型式!不是一般的飯店!!!所以很自由自在!請各位自己評估需求在訂房入住!

只有地點可取的住宿地點
沒有保險櫃很不方便，房間小浴室更小，而且沒有桌子!櫃檯總是沒人，房間內沒電話不能打給服務人員聯絡，整體而言十分不滿意，只有大廳漂亮，地點方便(鄰近恰圖恰及Ari區)這兩點優點，不會再入住。

這次住宿大致上覺得舒適度很好 但是最後一天被趕出房間 感覺很差 飯店自己搞錯時間，應是說我們多住一晚要再付一晚錢，明明付四晚錢，22住應該26退房，硬說我們25要退房，還叫我們出去，整個旅遊心情都被打壞！

no tissue paper no tooth brush. better bring or buy after arrival. checkin after working hour is bit difficult unless you speak Thai. The security guard at car park is polite but he doesn't understand English n Chinese at all. no lighting at all at night time so you may miss it. near to chatucha. free parking...

great location with a good wifi
This are private residence with no one on site a part from a concierge who is nice but with a bare minimum english. You have to call to get cleaners to come or change anything in the appartment. The place is actually smaller than in the pictures. Not adequate if youhave a lot of luggages. There is no pan or anything to do a basic cooking. The location is really good (near 2 BTS station), incredibly quiet and nice for business I guess

交通至便
サーナムパオ駅から歩いて五分ほど。 市場の近くのコンビニは駅の階段下りてすぐのセブンイレブンです。 チェックインは警備員さんに言えば担当の人を呼んでくれます。 鍵を渡され、エレベーターはこの鍵をここにタッチして、、とかそういう説明だけでした。 なので、慣れてない人は大変かなと。 今回22階でした。見晴らしが良いですが高所恐怖症の私はちょっと怖かったです。 部屋はちょっと狭いかなと思いましたが、一人で使うには問題ないです。 タオル類、石鹸、シャンプーはおいてあります。ベランダに洗濯機があるので毎日それを使ってました。お皿やナイフ、栓抜き、水2本置いてあるので夜はテイクアウトして部屋で食べてました。 交通の便も良く、値段も手頃なのでまた使いたいと思いますが、エレベーターで会う人は中国の人が多かったかなと。

It was a very beautiful and trendy room. It was convenient that there was a kitchen and a washing machine. The night view was beautiful as it was a room on the 16th floor. I had breakfast at the glass table at the window.

Lägenhetshotell i Ari
Modernt och trevligt lägenhetshotell. Ingen reception, utan man checkar in i ett litet rum i garaget. Daglig städning, men man måste be om städning och lämna in sin nyckel. Är man inte i behov av ett vanligt hotells service, är detta lägenhetshotell mycket bra och prisvärt. Området Ari är också mycket trevligt med många bra restauranger och barer. Nära till BTS! Skulle gärn bo där igen.

Bon endroit mais c'est un appartement et non hotel
L'endroit est confortable et bien entretenu. Les employés sont bien sympathique, mais étant donné que ce n'est pas un endroit très touristiques, les employés ne parlent pas tous anglais et il n'a pas vraiment de réception. Aucun nettoyage ce fait à la chambre durant notre séjour de 3 nuits. La piscine est toujours à l'ombre mais très très propre! Il reste tout de même que c'est sécuritaire et silencieux comme endroit.

Great location. Aree is a hub of nice restaurants and fairly quiet on the inner city edge. Apartment complex is pretty well located. Beds are ironing boards would be my only negative. One was ok the other was not.

念の為、コンドミニアムです。1B Roomではあったがｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾙーﾑを中間ガラスで区切っただけでした。なんと洗濯機が有る。　スタッフとしてわ無く管理人として在中(主に日中のみ）夜間inは避けたが良い。 日焼けは怪しいがキチンと泳げるプール有り。

비행기 연착으로 밤늦게 도착했는데 구글맵에 위치가 잘 나오지도 않아 찾기가 쉽지 않았고, 호텔문도 다 닫혀있어 한참을 해맨다음에야 구석진 영어도 못하는 세큐러티로 보이는 직원에게 체크인했다. 방은 전체적으로 깨끗한 편이지만 침대가 너무 딱딱해서 잠자리는 편하지 않았다.

진짜 최악의 호텔 지갑잃어버려서 체크인시간보다 조금 늦게 갔더니 호텔이란게 문은 닫아놓고 우리 방도 다른사람한테 이미 준 상태이고 그마저도 영어도 다들 안되시고 우리를 내쫒음

En lejlighed, ikke hotel med service og morgenmad
Det var et rigtig lækkert værelse, men det er ingen hotel. Nærmere en et-værelses lejlighed der bliver lejet ud. Ingen reception, så man var lidt uvist hvordan og hvorledes man lige kom ind på værelset. En pedel til stedet måttet ringe til ejeren af lejligheden. Ellers intet at sætte finger på, andet at det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel med service eller morgenmad.

Convenient, spotless clean and new
It was very difficult for a taxi driver to find it because the entrance isn't that big. He asked 5 million people how to get there on the way but we were browsing the area for almost an hour. Stupid coz actually it is exactly halfway between two stations. I arrived around 5 am after a night flight and i thought i would drop off my luggage and come back later for check-in but they were so kind to let me use the room straight away, so i could shower and have some rest, which i was very grateful for. Big thumbs up for that. The staff didn't speak any English but they were kind and patient so I somehow managed to communicate with them using gestures. You get a list of people you can call in case of emergency and they do speak good English. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Bangkok next time. Thank you for a wonderful service.
