應在房間浴室內加設掛浴巾架! 改善早餐質素! 入住時已查詢shuttle bus時間為半小時一班, 但幾次未夠鐘車已開走!其中有一次是九分鐘前已開走! 溫泉溫度飄忽, 告示是39-42度, 但有一晚我們浸的時候是37度, 水溫太低, 浸的心情也沒有了! 以上希望有改善, 其他住宿設施都很滿意,我仍然會推薦給其他朋友

室內裝潢漂亮,但是房內廚房水槽設計很糟,開水時水會亂濺。 tuk tuk服務很方便能載你到BTS或附近,前台人員或說簡單中文。 浴室有乾濕分離不過排水系統很爛水下去的很慢然後水溫不穩水壓也不夠。 仔細看房間有很多角落都很不乾淨看的出使用痕跡以及沒打掃乾淨。

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Overall is okay but I have the following comments: Good: - The room has the kitchen and washing/dry machine is much convenient. - The housekeeping was doing a good job. He/She will hear the requests which given by the guest. Poor: - The design of sink in the washroom is not deep enough and is too close to the water tap. The water pressure is very weak. It caused very difficult to wash your hand or wash the towel. - The water for shower is weak as well and the water is not hot enough (the hot water was not stable when you are showering,). - The location is a little bit far from Thonglor BTS station. It needs to take around 8 minutes by walk from Thonglor BTS station to the hotel. - The restaurant is under renovation during our stay and we need to have breakfast in another temporary restaurant. However, the staffs in this restaurant are not well trained. Especially, the receptionist and the waitresses. As the restaurant is not large and the table is not enough during the peak hour for breakfast, the receptionist does not know which table is available or occupied by other guests. She always suggested the guests to go back to their room first and come again after 10 minutes although there are tables available. - The variety for breakfast is limited (not too much choice) and not so tasty. Only the coffee is fine.

位置方便,BTS 3口出口,但落梯有電梯,大街直走5號巷,酒店對面有24小時超市,房間干凈有洗衣機(無干衣功能)、微波爐、一般煮食用煮,適合一家大小。大堂同事很友善,主動問需不需要late check out, 出入都會打招呼。 房間無請勿打擾卡,所以11點後會有房務員按鐘,希望下次改善。 酒店有嘟嘟車接載到BTS,司機亦會幫忙上落喼
