A good budget hotel in a local Bangkok neighborhood. A kilometer or so from the trains with an easy Grab bike ride or taxi. A great mall also a kilometer away. Bangkapi Mall Clean. Good breakfast and was quiet the night I was there. But no guarantees with the walls. I got it for 20 on offseason rates. A 7-11 20 steps away

The staff at the hotel was polite and courteous, which I appreciated. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to several basic shortcomings. The hotel did not provide a dental kit or extra soap, and surprisingly, even the shower gel and shampoo were not changed during our stay. We stayed for 3 days, and no room cleaning or housekeeping was done at all, which is unacceptable for even a basic hotel and felt like a lack of minimum service standards. Most importantly, the hotel is located in a very dull locality with nothing happening around. The area is predominantly residential, with mostly Burmese residents, and there are no nearby attractions, restaurants, or activities, making the stay quite inconvenient for travelers.

Very good hotel with nice clean room, good wi-fi, good air con and staff is very friendly, I recommend for someone who likes a nice room at good price. At 10 minutes walking from Si Kritha MRT station, so you can go downtown easyly without paying big central bangkok hotel rooms. The Mall lifestore big shopping center is at 20 minutes walking or 2 MRT station away

The Home Hotel is located close to the airport rather than near most attractions.which were located 1 to 1.5 hours away. If you stay there, hire a driver to take you to the markets, dinner cruise, river front, and safari. Hotel was clean, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood, but there was nothing nearby. The morning breakfast was just OK as there was absolutely no variety from one day to the next.

Similar to other reviews, property is nice and clean, staff great, breakfast great. Just a couple of things you need to know. Get two key cards, cause you need one to keep the power on while your out or you will come back to a hot 🔥 room. Secondly you may have to flush the toilet 2 or more times to make sure waste is pushed fully cause sometimes you will get a small sewer stinch, but other than that, the place is top notch, i will stay here again

Very good stay at the Home Hotel and good value for money. Had all the amenities we needed and then some more, including hair dryer, USB ports, computer desk, night stands, lamps, wardrobe, safe, fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Nice bathroom with basic shower, toilet and sink. We oped for breakfast which was very cheap and had a lot of options for a small buffet. Have stayed in other hotels in Thailand where they don't even have a kettle in the room! Area seemed nice enough and there were food stalls and a 7-11 walking distance. Didn't explore much beyond that. The only thing I disliked was that the housekeeping started very very early and the main room door was not very sound proof so you got waken up and it felt to be loud. Otherwise good stay and would recommend.

Very Good Budget Hotel

This Hotel is overall a good Hotel with just one disadvantage. The location. It is in Bang Kapi which is a bit away from city center. But Bang Kapi is a growing region (not a Sukhumvit or Sathorn yet). A Mall is in 1,3 km range, you can go there and have breakfast or shop. We had this suite room which was very capacious (like a small condo), comfortable and quite. In terms of price/performance I would give a 9/10. We didn't book breakfast so I cant comment on that. A 7/11 is on the other side of the building (it is a big +). If you have grab app, the location doesn't matter anymore but you have to add additional 2x 30-60mins in to your daily activities. I can recommend that Hotel to young couples, singles and families with low budget. During this trip I stayed in 6 different Hotels and this one was the 2nd best out of these 6 and first in price/performance.

Stay Here!!!! This was by far one of the best places we've ever stayed at in Thailand for the money! Everything was just great. Great location, great room, Great amenities, fantastic bathroom! 7-Eleven just behind the hotel! The only thing which some may not like is the bed is extremely hard. I loved it but lots would probably complain about how hard the bed is!
