The staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble, especially as some of my time was spent during the flooding. The house keeping was great and again, nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was not what I expected, as it was a mix of noodle and rice dishes, not your conventional breakfast options. I booked a double bed option but it was two single beds joined together. There were plenty of food options around the area with street vendors, market, KFC, and coffee shops. Overall, it was an ejoyable stay.

Breakfast food: more fruit choices, and real jam, not that chemical stuff. I paid to go every morning, but in the end, it didn't interest me and I didn't even want to take the time to eat anymore because it didn't appeal to me. Make an effort with breakfast: put out croissants, real jam, a real coffee machine, and stop making omelets that are 70% onion and egg.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. We only has the complementary breakfast on the first morning. The room was adequate but they skimped on things that cost almost nothing (like coffee sachets) but do add value. A hotel that, on the surface, seemed quite nice but turned out to be underwhelming.

La chambre était dégueulasse les draps troué et taché, la piscine à la même couleur que la fontaine, l’accueil du personnel est aussi froid qu’une porte de prison, j’vous parle pas du petit déjeuner … un buffet qui on a l’impression est là depuis 2 semaines . Pas de café pas de thé , pas de lait … le beurre a été décongelé dans la machine à toasteur ! J’ai vraiment pensé que c’était une blague cette hôtel ! Une autre dimension ! Il ne vaut pas 5 étoiles et encore même pas 1

Das Zimmer war schmutzig, das Badehandtuch zerrissen, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und ließ sich nicht einstellen. Trotz Reparatur trat keine Besserung ein. In meinen Augen scheint das ein abgewracktes Hotel zu sein, oder der Versuch, einer neue Eröffnung, das Frühstück, die reinste Katastrophe, ich würde das nicht mal als Frühstück bezeichnen.

Sadly, I booked because it showed it had swimming pool, but the pool area was surrounded by trees which had leaves dropping constantly onto your body when sunbathing and the pool was full of leaves. So not ideal

Maks 2 stjerner. "Treningsrommet" var knøttlite med nesten ingenting i, "kjøkkenet" hadde tomme skuffer og skap - ingen stekemulighet, ingen ovn. Det var en mikroovn der da.. Og ingen kniver, gafler, tallerkener etc. Og ikke er det vifte i taket som de skriver at det er. Kun en AC som bråker. Og i rommet på utsiden av soverommet (vet ikke om de skal kalles balkong?) så var det så skittent pluss at ledninger kom ut av veggen at jeg ikke gikk ut der. Kanskje det dårligste stedet jeg har overnattet de siste 30 årene - og ihvertfall det stedet som er lengst unna beskrivelsen og bildene på hotels.com

Gå absolut inte på att det är 5***** snarare 2,5 max Sunkigt, igenskruvade balkongdörrar, ett slitigt å skitigt köksfönster med Micro mm framför till ljusinsläpp + utsikt från sliten..👎 Gå inte upp i onödan för den så kallade frukost buffén.. Hotels kollar inte innan de ger sin service längre..!!👎

Not a 5 star hotel

The room was nowhere close to what the photos looked like online. Even the entrance looks totally different. Furthermore, this showed up as a 5star hotel on my filtered search, that's the biggest scam. It was no more than a 3 star hotel. This needs to be updated immediately so other customers are not cheated out of their money.
