The entire staff made me feel like I was living in a home away from home. My stay was excellent, and I do not have any complaints about lodging. If I return to Bangkok, I will choose to stay at this location. The cost and the value were superb, and I felt safe very safe.

Great property. Unit includes a full kitchen and looked brand new. It looked brand new because it didnt come with pots and pans to cook with, thus you cant really use the kitchen. If you buy frozen food then it is perfect (have microwave). However, being so close to local food places, you technically dont need to cook for short stays. Other than that, property made me felt like home for 3 short days.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. There are plenty of delicious dining options around. The rooms were large, clean, and up to date. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the BTS station was only about a mile down the road. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

I've lost count how many times i stayed in United Residence. Upon arrival at the reception, greeted by usual courteous receptionist whom remembered me and i asked her if she surprised that i booked 2 weeks of "Studio Suite" instead of the usual "One Bedroom Suite"? She replied me saying, yes and that was exactly what she was wondering. I told her it was my bad i done the booking so late that "One Bedroom Suite" sold out so downgraded and booked "Studio Suite". She asked me if "One Bedroom Suite" is available, would i like to upgrade with additional room cost? I replied her "Yes, that would be very appreciating" and she told me she will inform her boss Mr. Ralph. The very next day I received a call from Mr. Ralph, he told me he managed to arrange "One Bedroom Suite" throughout my 2 weeks stay except in between the 2 weeks, 2 days i have to downgrade and move to "Studio Suite" then back to "One Bedroom Suite" again with additional room cost. I accepted his offer, greatly appreciated both their help and thanks them many times. During my 2 weeks stay i received a surprise, they took the kind gesture/thought of arranging both "One Bedroom Suite" and "Studio Suite" to be on the same floor so that during the days of upgrading and downgrading (changing rooms) would be easier for me. Deep heart felt of customer appreciation for everything both of them done for me, Kudos to both of them!

長期滞在用のアパートの様 プールはない、ジムは最低限の設備あり。 部屋は普通、バスタブはないが洗濯機がある。 交通の便が悪い。 〈移動手段〉 BTSエカマイ駅まで歩くと約30分かかる タクシーを利用（ぼられる恐れあり） GrabやBolt のアプリでタクシーを呼ぶ （高すぎたり、該当車両が見つからないときがある） チャンイッサラー2の船着き場まで歩き、プラトゥーナムまで16バーツ トンローまで歩き、トンロー赤バス8バーツでBTSトンロー駅へ出る ※何れも10分以上歩くことになります 周辺環境は静かで、バンコクに慣れた人が、泊まるにはいいでしょう。ヘルスランドやビッグCが徒歩圏内にあります。

長期滞在の人もいるのか、ドラム式洗濯機やレンジ、食器用の流しがあり、設備が充実していました。室内はとても清潔です。 スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、親しみやすく 夜間も警備がしっかりしていました。 私達は朝5時発の飛行機で帰国する予定だったため、朝２時のチェックアウトでしたが、問題なく対応してくれました。 すぐ近くにセブンイレブンがあり、大変便利でした。 私達はお酒を飲むのが好きですが、Shades of retroというお店が近くにあり、大変よかったです。

친절한 직원들,가성비 괜찮은 호텔형 아파트?

하루 자는 용도로 머물렀는데 처음에 외관보고 놀랐는데 직원들도 너무 친절하고 영어도 어느정도는 다들 가능 방 상태도 가성비 괜찮게 머무를수있네요 다만 위치가 조금 애매한 부분이없지않아있고,주변에 그나라 분들이 좀 많음
