Owner falsely claiming “onsite parking” when it is in fact street parking in a very sketchy part of downtown Bangor (pawnshops, dive bars, homeless, etc). Owner does NOT return calls. Owner does NOT return texts. This property should not be listed as having onsite parking.

Owner directs you to park in a NO PARKING zone by a dumpster.

No assigned parking spot. Risk of tow or boot

Owner refuses to return phone calls or texts re parking situation

I would not stay here again nor refer a family or friend to stay here.

There was a big nice bathtub, but no hot water. There wasn't even enough hot water to do dishes after cooking/eating. I'm ADA and had requested a bottom for, but was put upstairs. The handrail to hold onto was loose from the wall. There was no can opener, i had to go buy one. The washer is do small it only fit two full towels and about 3 hand towels. There was homeless people all in the parking lot in the back near the handicap ramp, I was scared to go out after dark. The bathroom has no where to put girlie things like makeup, hair stuff, etc. It was a decent place, the records & record player was really cool, but that's about it. They're was no bedside table lamp. The pictures online is not the same apt I stayed in. If i saw pictures of where Y'all put me, i would have not stayed there. It's false advertising. I was really disappointed in the place. I would not stay there again or have family or friends stay there. I know there's more I'm forgot that was disappointing in this place. If i could, or if Vrbo stands by their word...i deserve at least a partial refund.

This is how much the tin filled before the hot water was gone. It was horrible! I was so looking forward to lay in the tub, but nope.

Great location & cute but horrible bed and parking

While this unit had a great location and was very cute, the directions for parking were not good & the mattress horrid.They actually direct you to park in a private lot marked reserved for 2 companies with signs saying violators will be towed. They also do not give valid directions or an address for this parking. The property mgmt company had sent me a text verifying I had received the checkin instructions & saying to contact them if I had any issues - so I called. They did not know about the signs so they told me to park in an area marked “2 hr parking 8am-5pm”, which I declined & was not happy - I don’t break parking laws nor take the threat of being towed lightly! I picked this place so I could walk the city… not move my car every 2 hours. They finally told me to park in the “Permit Only”lot behind the unit with the owner’s permission, but then stopped answering text and calls. They were done with me. Oh well, I had to trust I would not be towed, ticketed or booted and I was not thankfully. The unit was super cute, big windows, tall ceilings, full kitchen, washer dryer, supplied with coffee, a great sofa, WiFi, mini-split AC, and TV. Too bad they scrimped on the mattress. So flimsy you just sunk into it and no mattress pad. The pillows were opposite - firm as rocks. I suggest the owner and property managers spend a few nights there to see what it is actually like to try to sleep there. If the mattress had been even OK, I would have given this 4 stars.

Highly Recommend

The apartment was spacious, bright and cozy. Had all supplies needed. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. The Host was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
