The property was ideal if traveling to Bucksport. Centrally located in town and a great view of the river, bridge and fort. Outside of these perks, manage all other expectations.

We stayed here a week while seeing Acadia, Bar Harbor, Camden, Portland and it was a good destination for all of it. Room 435 was great, clean and they do housekeeping every other day. It has straight view looking right into the water and a good view of Fort Knox and Penobscot Narrows Bridge. The staff were great, nothing fancy but very clean and great area.

The Hotel was so quaint! An AMAZING view of Fort Knox Harbor. We were able to stroll along the coast and walked to dinner. Hottest water I have had in a long time. Truly be careful. Staff so friendly.

It’s a little outdated but it was very clean, comfortable bed, quiet and thee view was spectacular! Ample room for parking the lady at the front desk was very informative. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

The woman working the front desk was such a blessing. She let us switch rooms when the first sounded a bit noisy with children upstairs. She also told us about a good place to eat dinner, AND about the Ghostport festival the following morning. Beds were comfy. Plenty of parking. The only way it could have been better would have been if we'd secured a reservation in time for the Narrows Bridge view. Love Bucksport for many reasons.
