Decent hotel but a lot of night activity

The staff was very nice and the hotel and accommodations were alright, but it was very loud and seemed to be a lot of overnight activity. There didn't seem to be any sound insulation and as a result we heard people coming and going out the back exit and noise in the hallway all night.

Well worth the money

Stayed for four nights. Convenient location. Building and courtyard incredibly clean. We were upgraded to a suite which gave us plenty of room. Staff helpful, room clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the fire pit in the courtyard was turned off for the season. Weather was nice enough to sit outside each night after sightseeing and a fire would have been nice. Victoria at the front desk is an absolute asset to this location. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maine.

Great stay

I chose this hotel last minute and it exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely. Clean and spacious with nice lighting and comfortable beds and bedding. The pool was very nice.

Second time we’ve stayed here to see a concert at The Maine Savings amphitheater Very convenient, easy to get an Uber to the concert, bar opens at 4 and the bartender has been awesome, I believe her name was Kerry. Hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable Will definitely be back next summer when we see more concerts!!

Very convenient location! It’s within a few miles of the airport, shopping, colleges and major highways. It was nice to have a restaurant onsite and Dunkin Donuts is right next door. Quiet and relatively clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good really nice knowledgeable staff. Hotel was clean comfortable beds and breakfast was good. We used the bar, pool and workout facilities. The courtyard made things confusing didn’t always know your way. Need signs in hall way rather than the stair wells.

There was a slight delay in getting into a room because it was February vacation and the housekeeping was extremely busy. We totally understood but because of the delay they gave us our meals for free. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

We spent 4 days and nights here in October. The Bangor location was quite good for our interests. Front end staff was exceptional. Room was clean and nice. Lots of amenities we didn’t take advantage of. If you stay and are looking for good food, check out Timber. It’s 1.6 miles from the hotel and excellent. We would absolutely stay at this Holiday Inn again.

Cleaning staff did not do a good job. A vape was found under one of the beds which made me assume that it was not clean well. This hotel did not include breakfast like most other holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Front desk staff was very nice.

Staff performed well in manual mode due to software outage. They must have been very anxious & frustrated but didn't let that interfere w/ good svc with a smile. A little creeped out by damp carpet in room which feels like uneven concrete covered by a thin layer of carpet. Great breakfast, clean bath.
