The male staff at the desk was very rude and confrontational towards another customer and snappy towards me then refused to give me an extra blanket and sheet for the pull out bed… wen we got into the room the window was falling out of the window sill and it was wobbly…. Other then that it wasn’t too bad of a stay

The room wasn’t in as good a shape as I was expecting from the pictures on line, the bathtub looked dirty and I’m not even sure what was on the table mat. The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable and clean looking.

The room was not cleaned well, there were hair clumps all over the floor. There was also leftover food in the fridge from a past guest.The door also didn’t lock all the way sometimes which was a bit of a concern. The staff were all very nice though!

When I started the water for the shower the drain was backed up and it would not drain there was tear all over the side of the tub before I even got in so I had to wipe that air out that was not mine and scrub the tub myself and take a shower and the shower filled up and almost overflowed while I was in the shower it was gross

Someone knocked on my door at 10.00 am in the morning. I was sleeping after working a night shift. I was not pleased. I did not feel comfortable, after that. I reserved a room for 2 days, so I could work the night shift. I could not find the do not disturb sign to hang on the door.

The bathtub is very old and in fair condition. The breakfast was terrible, with very limited options. On the positive side, cleanliness is outstanding — both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The heater worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for a short stay or as a stopover, but not for more than two days.

The man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. We asked for an handicap accessible room, and were given a bed that is like 5 feet off the ground, hard to get into and is full of lumps. The toilet is so low to the ground we can barely get on and off it. The tub is full of cracks. The bed was so uncomfortable, we attempted to use the pull out sofa bed. When we pulled the bed out pieces of the plastic mattress began shedding and the sheet was dirty, the mattress was so thin, it’s just unusable. My boyfriend had to make a pallet on the floor using the sofa pillows so he could try to sleep for his very important disability hearing we are here in town for. I suffered through the night with very little sleep and now have full body pain from this bed. We’re both tired and sore from this terrible night here. We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay.
