Villa Bayu is an exceptionally luxurious villa nestled in the hills near Lovina, on the north coast of Bali. Surrounded by lush green hills, rice terraces, and tropical vegetation, you will enjoy every second of the luxury and tranquility found here. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the Bali Sea. Even in the evening, the view is magnificent—with a star-filled sky above and the twinkling lights of countless fishing boats on the sea.

The villa is located on a private property and has an own entrance that provides access to a large tropical garden of 2300m² surrounding the villa. The garden’s landscaping provides gentle colors and has only local vegetation such as palm-, banana- and fruit trees, the fragrant Jepun flowers, many bamboo and bougainvillea’s. Next to the villa there is a playground for badminton and ball games. There is a second terrace in the garden with a magnificent view. At night, the lights beautifully illuminate the garden.

The well-known Sing Sing Waterfalls are located within a few minutes walking from the villa. The front of the garden ends at the Sing Sing River, which is directly accessible from the garden. It is a beautiful area, an oasis of tranquility, lush greenery and privacy.

Villa Bayu is built with a stylish blend of traditional Balinese architecture and modern design. Beautifully situated on a hillside, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and verandas are all on the same level. The pool and spacious terrace (with both sunny and shaded areas) are one meter below and seamlessly connected to the villa.

Thanks to the fully open living room and veranda, the villa blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings. It features an original Balinese thatched roof made from Balinese grass called 'alang alang.’ The roof covers the front part of the veranda, so you’ll always have a shady spot to enjoy the beautiful climate.

The villa is luxuriously and tastefully furnished using all-natural materials. It is decorated with Balinese furniture and richly adorned with art pieces from Balinese heritage. All doors and windows are extra tall to create a sense of space. Indirect lighting is used throughout, which creates a warm ambiance when night falls.

The villa has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms with air conditioning for a pleasant temperature. All furniture is made from Jati teak wood. There are rooms with authentic Balinese beds and wardrobes, and some with more modern furnishings. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious, typical Balinese open-air bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The bathrooms feature various types of natural stone and the walls are finished with decorative plasterwork. Makeup mirrors, bathrobes, and a hairdryer are available. One of the bedrooms can accommodate an extra single bed, making the villa suitable for up to 9 guests. Two of the bedrooms have double doors leading to the bathroom, giving them a unique character. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto the veranda with views of the sea and the green hills. Just imagine waking up to that incredible view!

The villa features a spacious living room with several sofas and a large dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and can be separated from the living area by large sliding doors.

From the open living area, you overlook the large terrace with sun loungers and parasols and the beautiful infinity pool. The pool has two 'overflow' edges, making the water seem to flow into the surrounding landscape and sea. A traditional ‘bale benong’—an Indonesian daybed with a thick mattress and cushions—is located on the terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the amazing view of the surroundings and the sea.

At Villa Bayu, you not only enjoy excellent comfort and privacy, but also the kind of service usually found only in luxury hotels. The staff is available 6 days a week to pamper you. In addition to cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, they can prepare delicious meals for you.

During your stay, you have exclusive access to the villa, the swimming pool, and the surrounding gardens.Villa Bayu offers all amenities you might need, including free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, all kitchen appliances, washing machine, safe, air conditioning, etc.
The staff is available 6 days a week (typically off on Sundays). They take care of the cleaning and laundry and can also do your grocery shopping and prepare your meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner). Pure indulgence!

Staff costs are fully included in the rental rate. The preparation of all meals by the cook is included; only groceries are at your own expense—but food prices in Bali remain very low.

The staff can shop for you, buying fresh items at the local market and visiting the supermarket for drinks, bread, etc. You can choose what you’d like to eat each day. A menu suggestion list is available in the villa, but the cook can prepare any dish—both Western and Asian—she is a fantastic cook!

• tourist tax (30,000 IDR per person, payable to the manager upon arrival)
• groceries for meals (except the first dinner and breakfast, which are free for stays of 7 nights or more)
• transport to and from the villa


Extra Services:
• For your convenience, staff can do all your grocery shopping. You provide them with money in advance, and they’ll return with receipts. A small fee of 25,000 IDR is charged for transport costs. Food prices are very affordable, as the cost of living is still low in this part of northern Bali.
• We are happy to arrange airport transfers from Denpasar—or any other location in Bali—to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortably in a private car.
The cost for this transfer is 750,000 IDR (max. 4–5 people plus luggage) or 1,300,000 IDR (for a car suitable for up to 10 people plus luggage). Transport costs are not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash in Indonesian Rupiah to the driver upon arrival.

Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
