「Behaviour of the staff was good. The approach road is too narrow 」

「Services good Breakfast very good 👍 c」

「Location is the only good thing Grossly overpriced Poor service Pitifully understaffed No value for money at all The owner in their response wanted specific examples… so here it goes 1. Insects in attached bathroom (video with caption already provided) 2. Menu item spelled wrongly (e.g. Jerked chicken, don’t want to expand more to risk profanity, picture provided) 3. Stale / rotten daal provided in room service 4. Breakfast starts at 7:30am while the buffet spread was not complete at even...

「clean room, excellent location.」

「Staff was great, room was as expected.」

「Very conveniently located In the midst of nature Nicely decked」

「The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. Overall, I rate the hotel...

「The property is new, so the facilities were very clean. However, the lights in the guest rooms and outside the door are very harsh and garish. Softer lighting will improve the ambience significantly. The bathroom set up can be improved, for instance the height of the towel rack must be reduced for ease of use and the water drain is very rudimentary, which can be upgraded. The food is excellent and the staff takes care to cook local cuisine, which is very commendable.」

「The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.」
