Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
My stay was horrible. The AC was out and the host (which is really a mega rental company) did not fix it until on the last night they brought 2 portable units. This still left more than half of the house with no AC. It was miserable. Then in the spirit of “hospitality” they refunded me a grand total of 171 out of 1900 I paid. They are a JOKE. They are now continuing to give me the run around. The reviews for blue ridge mountain rentals online are awful… I now see why. Be WARNED that you are dealing with an awful company, not an individual renting their house. The house was also not up to quality. The carpet was stained and dirty. It was disappointing
