Pleasant stay

Communication with Vacasa was helpful. They were good at sending text & emails regarding arrival & departure. One issue was condo was not cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning service said they were never notified that someone was coming to stay in the condo. They came promptly to clean & apologized for the inconvenience.

Older unit with difficult parking

We were told we would have 2 parking passes. We got to Tolbert top of the mountain to see the very tall condo unit with parking at the base and a shuttle to pick you up to take you to the building. I would have paid more money for a newer and fresher smelling place with convenient parking.

Checked out soon after arrival

Don't go to this property in summer. No AC and unit was 80 degrees inside. Parking area far below building, requiring reliance on a shuttle service back and forth to building from remote parking, with no shelter in parking lots. Carpet stained and pulling up. Very small, cramped kitchen. Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived (dirty towels piled in bathroom, bed unmade) and they still didn't have it cleaned 2 hours later. We checked out before nightfall to find alternate lodging and were denied a refund.
